Took a chance with this place on the Door Dash app and had it delivered. It showed up on time and I was very disappointed. Here in my pictures is my daughters order of the Apple Barbecue boneless wings. Obviously you can see that there was no sauce on the wings and were cold. She did not eat any of it except some of the fries. All of the food was cold on arrival. There were hardly any fries even when I paid for extra fries they put a small handful in the extra box. It was bad enough that I took the time to write this review.

Absolutely horrendous! We ordered pick up 10/15/2023! This is a ghost kitchen inside of Chili’s in Jordan Landing. Not only did they mess up our order, we were missing half of our chicken, no fries, and no sauces, my daughter ate a RAW PIECE OF CHICKEN!!! This place is going to KILL someone! Absolutely unacceptable! The only thing I got from the manager was “let me know if your child gets sick.” How can that even happen?! I wish I can post a picture in the review to show how raw this piece was! Don’t order from here.

We ordered DoorDash of this plowing places they gave our order to the wrong dasher and we had been waiting an hour. They call me to tell me then ask if I want to cancel or to have free delivery. I explained we still wanted wings. She then does re-delivery and then cancel right after. This place sucks and the customer sucks even more. Don’t waste your time.

The food was good. I ordered garlic Parmesan and it by no means tasted like it. It wasn’t bad just didn’t taste like what I ordered. The curly fries are good too. This place in my opinion is in no way worth all of the one star reviews but isn’t a five star either.

It said to wait in my car. Waited for 10 minutes before deciding to go inside. Inside I found two employees just hanging out at the counter, and located my order. Brought it home to eat with my wife.
Upon opening the boxes we found our fries to be freezing cold. Then the chicken was of much lower quality than somewhere like Wingstop. The sauces didn’t smell very good, and I don’t think some of the chicken was fully cooked. We threw it away without eating it all.

The worst wings I’ve ever had in my 46 yrs of living on this planet. The curly fries tasted as if they were cooked 1hour before I ordered them, then placed under a heating lamp that didn’t work properly. I ordered two different dry rubs, lemon pepper, and ranch. Whoever reads this, know this. If you like flavorless dry wings, then this is the place for you. There was maybe a pinch of the flavors I asked for on the wings, when there should have been two table spoons.. I had to add my own seasonings at home to get the wings to taste edible. The one redeeming factor of the wings from a place called Its Just Wings, was the apple pie dessert!! Never again will this place see my money. You know, fool me once and all that!! My 17 year old son told me the wings at It’s Just Wings we’re fantastic…… I’m gonna have to slap him in the face because he lied like a rug!

So, I ordered the 11 wings combo. It was good for the most part other than the fact that some of the boneless wings weren’t breaded too much and quite a few wings were 40% fat which was kind of a gross mouth feel, definitely didn’t eat those ones. Sauce was good tho so I guess that makes up a bit for some of it but over all probably won’t order again anytime soon.

I had recently came in and got some food, I had mentioned something about the pricing being different online vs in store but the pricing is correct it was an employee mistake, she charged me for bone in wings instead of boneless wings. I brought it up to the manager and he got it fixed in a professional manner. The wings are great and the wait isn’t usually bad.
