Ordered carryout wings around 8:30 at night and they were fresh and hot! My fiancé and I got the teriyaki wings and the wimpy sauce wings—both were very good. Before heading home, I used the bathroom and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was and how nice it smelled. Great experience all around. Will definitely be back!

It was ok. I like the Texas toast, the chicken was mediocre but I don’t like dipping sauces so maybe it’s better with something on it? If I had to go back, I’d eat it.

The chicken fingers taste good, but I asked for slaw and instead got double fries. I even repeated my order, but they still got it wrong. Also, even though they just opened apparently they weren’t ready to take orders. They asked me to pull forward and I had to wait for almost 10 mins for my food. Overall a bad service experience. Would not recommend this location.

Ordered online from my hotel room and walked over to pick up my order. Asst Mgr at counter was very friendly. Order was done soon after I arrived. Went back to hotel. Food was still warm. Wasn’t that impressed. 3 of the chicken tenders were more like rectangular in shape which made them not like normal tenders. Fries were good but slightly soggy. I have enjoyed Zaxbys in the past. Bummed it wasn’t better.

This place is the worst trying to get food at night. The workers are lazy. It takes over 30 minutes just to get food at the drive through. And they’re just standing around confused on which order goes with which vehicle. They need to hire more better people at nights

We love Zaxby’s we always bought Zaxby’s from this location for years but a couple months ago every time the food is not how it’s supposed to be. Dry wings and cold I had ordered large fries but they just put hand full of them maybe even half of a hand full and cold as well, it’s not the first time that this had happened, the first time we let it go but it’s always that bad now, they have to fix it. Today was my last day ordering from this location.

Terrible, only time visiting this particular restaurant but it was not pleasant. Terrible, and wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone on the telephone to make a complaint. $30 in food and all I could do was throw it away. On top of the service being rude, the food unacceptable, I was lied too and felt like I shouldn’t have been there!!

Horrible! I ordered food fresh and received burnt and Undone. Customer service needs a revamp. Managers stop leaving these teenagers alone in the workplace. They need more guidance and better training.
