I will start this out with saying the customer service was super pleasant with every employee I encountered. 100 stars. Most businesses should take notes. My 1st time trying this place was around noon, when my coworker got me a steak and cheese and fries. I was super delighted to try other things because I did not have 1 complaint about any of it. When I got off I went there myself and spent a total of $76.42. My onion rings (not edible) were saturated with oil with each bite. I do believe if not for the oil dripping, they would have been delightful. The steak and cheese sub was good except one was supposed to have mayo and it did not. The hush puppies (not edible) were very hard & cooked beyond consuming. The crab dip was good except for the chips were stale. The wings were a complete flop. They were so soft inside and out. I was super disappointed because my coworkers rave about this place. Because of the customer service, I do believe I will give them another chance.

Group of 7 arrived about 1145. Menu is large with plenty of options. We were seated immediaty, beverage orders taken, a mix of alcoholic and non alccohol selections. After becerages delivered, food orders were taken. Food areived in good order, hot foods were hot and cold foods were cold. All agreed that their food was delicious. Dining room was busy, more people sitting at bar than at tables. 2 employees on duty were busy but attentive to everyone. Checks came after the meal in a timely manner and a varity of payments proffered were all handled efficiently. Free parking lot can fill at busy times

Ordered take out. Was 30 minutes longer than the 20 minutes we were told for pickup. Worst Food ever. Grilled cheese was greasy and burnt to a crisp (had to make the child one at home), asked for fries and got over cooked greasy tatertots, hamburger was supposed to be cook to medium and was raw in the middle. Spent close to $100 for 4 adults and one child and there was NOTHING good about the meal.

My family and I recently ate at this local restaurant during the week. Although we’ve lived in New Kent for seven years, it was our first time visiting this restaurant, as we are trying to support local businesses. The sports bar environment was perfect even with kids, as we could eat at a table, bar table, or outside. Our server, Serenity, was quick, observant, and professional, which made our experience even better. I appreciated her attire, which was welcoming to our family setting, unlike the shorts other servers wore, which may be more appropriate for the bar scene. The menu was extensive and met all of our family’s dietary needs. I would recommend this restaurant, and we would love to dine here again.

My girlfriend and I have gone here a few times now, the service is always super friendly and quick and the food has a lot of flavor. We recently tried the loaded fries appetizer, and in my opinion the mango habanero sauce is not the go for this one, I’d recommend asking if you can get a different sauce to come with it.

I like this restaurant and the food is great! I live near by and my husband and I were looking for a place to order take out from and we came across this restaurant and decided to place an order. Food was great! Next weekend we decided to do the order again except this time we tried to place an order online and it wouldn’t work. That’s ok technology glitches, so we called to place an order again and no answer. We called several times and no answer so we had to order from somewhere else. Basically this has happened every time since our first order except for once I was able to place another order over the phone. I’m about to give up trying to eat here ever again since no one ever answers the phone and you can’t even place orders online. I feel like you have to win a lottery in order to eat here. Ridiculous and I’m sure I’m not the only person that feels this way. Wish I could be a repeat customer!

Food is great usually. Today I swear I got food poisoning. My bathroom agrees. Usually love the daily specials. Service is always great. Atmosphere just seems a bit off. I walked in today and it got silent and everyone was staring. Felt really uncomfortable. Wasn’t sure if it was whatI was wearing or because I was with my black friends. The seating is far from private so it made it even more awkward. Music is also super low so you can hear everyone’s convo if that’s your thing. No tv sounds broadcast. Great for families but not really a sports bar vibe.
