Made an online order and came in as soon as it sent. They had my food hot, ready, and correct in under 2 minutes. Compared to other locations I’ve been to, the team at this location around 5 pm has done the best job. Give them a raise BK.

Manager was completely useless. The Burger King app didn’t give me my free burger for crowns, and the manager claimed they aren’t liable for the app. He was very dismissive. He had a bunch of hair ties on his arm while handling food. Very disgusting. This was at 3:45pm on Saturday January 17, 2026. This person shouldn’t be anywhere near food.

I came in and made a special request to have them remove the bun and replace it with a tortilla being that they have wraps on the menu it seems like a rather simple request. The manager Leslie refused. Isn’t Burger Kings slogan “HAVE IT YOUR WAY”? She was not rude but very unwilling to make a simple accommodation. Unacceptable.

Seems like BK’s have gone down hill. Lately anytime I stop by the staff don’t seem happy, there’s usually long wait times, and there’s almost always something wrong with my order. I have been going to this location since they used to be across the street. On occasion it has been kinda dirty, but not lately, I suppose. Today, I picked up breakfast for my fam, and all of our hash brown bites are uncooked, like biting into a marshmallow… an oily marshmallow. Think I’ll be switching to Carl’s Jr.

I went to this BK tonight at 8:40. They were closed supposedly for a :system reboot” I thought those happened in the middle of the night? I saw people mopping the lobby, someone throwing trash out back. It looked more like they’re cleaning for inspection coming up or just said forget it, we’re going home early tonight!
Unacceptable! This is absolutely ridiculous. Prior to the pandemic a company would terminate you for shutting doors for anything other than emergency. Or if you disrespect & don’t treat their guess right. Now a days no one gives a damn about anything. What a shame!

The food was not hot and tasted old. I ate it since I was in a rush but thr fries were cold and stale as if it was sitting for hours. The burgers meat was cold as well and was not made to order. I should of went back to replace it and truly regret that I didn’t. This is the second time with the same result. I will not be eating there again and suggest you avoid it as well.

On par with other burger kings… Drive thru is generally pretty quick. You can also order ahead at this location via BK app. App usually has pretty good deals

Went through the drive thru and everything seems chill, order a couple burgers for me and my family and mine specifically was the bacon double cheeseburger, I take a quick glance and see 4 burgers so I thought nothing of it which could be interpreted as my fault, but once I took the wrapper off all I see is a burger smaller than my palm and it only had a single patty and 2 strips of bacon skinnier than my pinky, I also ordered another burger plain and instead got a burger with what I felt like was extra everything from veggies to condiments. If I ever catch myself coming back here and my order is messed up again it’s gonna be more than some subtle words expressed.
