Got there not super busy 6 tables with people at them including us. Took 10 mins for them to come take our drink order then over another 10 minutes to take our food order. Every time they would come to the table they would apologize about the wait but the two servers would just stand there talking until some would wave them over not just making normal rounds. Food took a normal time to come out and that was the only time they would see if we needed a refill on drinks. After we were done only 3 tables with people now they gave us the check and it took forever for them to come back and get it to run the card. They were polite and the food was good but most places say it’s hard to get workers and thats why it’s slow but you can’t say that when you can see them standing there talking the whole time.

First time visiting after seeing it on FB Lake Country feed. The burger of the month sounded good. It did not disappoint! Half
pound burger cooked to medium perfection. Topped with grilled onions, raclette cheese, tomato and lettuce. The side winder fries and onion rings were both very good. Nice beer selection and the service was spot on! Great place to have lunch.

Called in an order and went to the area to pick up and pay as I have done 6-7 times prior. A bar patron sitting down put out her arm with a fist and forcefully said where are you going. She kept up her arm blocking me. I walked away and approached the lady tending the bar. She was friendly and I shared my encounter. While the person who accepted my payment was nice, the more I thought about the woman at the bar, I am appalled by her action. I think I can a restaurant that will welcome our patronage.

Rumors night club is not inclusive at all ever since the owner died the vibe has not been the same, recents wasn’t to rumors & a straight man kept following me & my boyfriend around on the dance floor do we went to play pool. We kept being followed so we went on the dance floor to shake it off, the Straight man walked past and said “watch where your going fag” I said “ who are you taking to this is a place for everyone” the guy threatened me & said come outside I ignored him and kept dancing, security came up to me and the manager was so rude and treated me like I was the problem even though a straight man came into an inclusive place and was homophobic against me; the manager stated she was a fraught woman as well and I can see how I always approached and the tone, even though she worked here she didn’t care about the LGBTQ community and was one of “those people”. Security and the manager made me feel like It was a problem I was there being apart of the LGBTQ community. I’ve been going there since I discovered myself and always felt comfortable but after today I will never step food in there again people already said they were getting spiked there what does it take for us to realize the place that say they are there fire us are our biggest PREDATORS!!!! I will never step food in This place again if you wanna learn Moore follow my TikTok: itzJavon I will go into full detail with video and pics of the staff involved. Thing or have a story that need to be told and want this manager fired and new security that understands what it means to be INCLUSIVE!!! If they continue to have this manager plus the DJ playing the same mucic this place will not make it, the owner is turning in their GRAVE right Now this club is officially JOKE. If it’s so included the straight people who work here or the straight people won’t feel comfortable enough to push us out, and the DJ would play more INCLUSIVE MUSIC & not lady Gaga hypno music all the time. It’s giving you gotta be white and white music only to be here we should have more safety, less spiked drinks, and more hip hop music ( a real DJ knows how to engage with the crowd)this lady is a JOKE this will be my mission to spread light and shut this place down like it should have been when the owner died!!!

Went in today, Sunday, at 12:20pm for our first time. No acknowledgment from the one bartender or the one server on where to sit w our family. They just looked at us. Didn’t say hi or that they’d be right w us. We had to ask about a table. The server told us to take a table- she pointed us to one that only had two chairs for us 4. We had to get our own chairs. We had to get up after about 5 minutes to get our own menus. Took another 10 minutes to order food and drinks. Took about 20-25 minutes to get our drinks…mind you the place was not busy. She passed off our drinks and said “there ya go” and walked away…. The server didn’t apologize for the long wait or being slow…once 1:15pm rolled around and we saw someone who got to the place after us get waited on and receive food first, and hearing customers next to us say their food was cold and waited way too long just for waters, we decided to leave. The customer service from the moment we walked in and just sitting there almost an hour watching the tv, was slow and terrible. Maybe today was an off day and maybe we can try it again, but we won’t return to try it again for awhile

I thought since I came there for my 4th time I believe, it would be a great idea for a review. It gets a 5/5 for me. The burgers over there are amazing! Especially when you have them medium rare and the fries are top notch, so the chefs are doing their job right. Lauren provides the best and friendly service possible. I especially approve of the music choice being played. So what more can I say except I’ll be back for sure. Rumors Sports Bar & Grill, come for the food, stay for the sports, and be amazed by the friendliness and service from the hard working and dedicated staff members of the working class.

They don’t have prices on the menu for everything. It says MP which stands for Market Price. You have to ask the server what the price is, then they have to look it up to get you the answer. Seems like a waste of time to make a decision on what your going to eat. I had the fish fry which had a price and it was good.
