The worst service I’ve had in a very long time. We waited for 45 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t even a little bit warm. Then I’ve got to stand up there and keep an eye on my food because the attitude that I received made me feel like they would have done something very foul to my food. I will NEVER give my money to the wingstop or any other for that matter. Customer service is beyond bad. The little smart comments the employees say thinking that you don’t here them is unprofessional and childish.after having the food remade I could tell all they did was put the wings down in hot grease which wouldn’t have been so bad if they added more wing sauce. I’m appalled!!!

An awful experience all the way around. They canceled my order on Saturday and never provided a reason. I called into the store and they immediately put you on hold and then never picked up the phone. I called the main customer service line and they said it would take 2 or 3 business days for someone to reach out to me about issuing a refund so it could be five days or so before I even get my money back.

Waited 20 mins for take out , which wasn’t bad. No workers had gloves on. Someone had a very heavy hand on the seasoning for fries. Way too salty to eat. Garlic Parmesan wings tasted plain but had good size to them. While waiting I saw door dash drivers coming in to pick someone’s order up. Some of them had to get drinks for the order so I thought that was strange bc wing-stop employees are supposed to get door dash drinks and cover the lid with a seal! This place definitely needs better training. Workers were nice and the ranch tasted delicious

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We decided to order wing stop for dinner last night and half of our food was missing and was not even right . It seems that the people who work there can not even read let alone count . So much missing food and I can’t get ahold of anyone to get a refund . Don’t waste your time . Pick a wing stop with workers who can actually READ and count . Just embarrassing. 0/5 stars

TERRIBLE SERVICE
Original order was placed on line around 6:20pm. Received a email saying pickup @ 6:50pm. It’s now 7:36pm and my food is still not ready.
When I asked to speak w the manager the worker said she was a manager. I then asked how they planned on correcting this issue and she put me on hold. When she came back she told me her assistant manager said …. At this point I was a little confused bc if you’re the manager why do you need to get your assistant managers approval???? She’s a shift lead not a manager. When I asked to speak to the person in charge I was told they’re too busy. WOW !!!!

Food finally finished at 7:50pm
Got home and corn was burnt
And we were missing the celery and carrots

First time having Wingstop. And my Uber eats order came from this location. Presentation wise amazing, food was hot and fresh. Fast service too. The BBQ wings are the best I’ve ever had amazing. Spicy Korean are also very good, w a slight kick. Garlic Parmesan didn’t have much sauce on it so tasted plain. Overall good experience from Wingstop and this location

Horrible Place I got Food Poisoning From them, after i ordered delivery They can’t Even Make chicken Right and they will cheat you buy having you pay for Wings (which cost more) and Will only put two wings in your order and the rest is this Nasty Drumstick that i don’t even want to know what’s on it. i call them back to resolve and They act dumb and i can’t Hear you after i told them about the situations. finally She’s like i why don’t you Come in after i told her it was a delivery order.. i asked for the supervisor an She Starts talking to her other co-workers Disrespecting me. I placed an online order showed up to thr store to pick up the lobby was full with ppl waiting for food. I was told it was going to be awhile there was only 2 workers and 1 was on his phone. I asked for a refund and was told he can’t do that only a manager can. He told me to leave my info and the mamager will call me. No one has called me. I left a feedback online and it asked if I would like someone to contact me i said yes and still no one has contacted me. Worse restaurant ever

Was in the area and heard there was a Wingstop and that it was supposed to be better than Buffalo wild wings so I online ordered which was easy and quick. about the same price as Buffalo wild wings which was fine. Two traditional 15-piece wings with an add-on of 5 more for about $35. We went inside pretty early and it was dirty with trash on the floor. It didn’t look like they had cleaned from the night before. Got the bag and drove about 45 minutes and finally got to taste them. The hot and cajun were great and plain tasted good & the parmesan garlic was amazing very good. Their ranch is buttermilk tasting kind of watery but exactly how I loved it it was delicious. Of course I had to love a wing place that is about 45 to 55 minutes away. Even though it wasn’t the cleanest I have to say I will be back just maybe a different location next time.
