My experience was horrible. My husband and I came in the waffle House and sat down on 12/30/25 right inside ,right next to where people sit in chairs waiting on orders. We where sitting for 5 minutes then this older short Caucasian lady came to the table and asked if we needed menus. I answered her no thank you we don’t need a menu she slams the menu back in the slit by the counter across from my husband and I and pointed at this young black waitress and said then she can serve us.I looked at my husband and said she so rude.We didn’t need menus because we eat at waffle houses alot in different places so we pretty much can order by heart. We sat 8 more minutes and no one came to get our order so we got up and left.We didn’t make a scene but that is unexceptable.

Food was absolutely delicious like always. But could not enjoy it when nobody was stepping in when this server whos an older lady was blatantly bullying a younger server out in front of everyone. You are too grown of a woman to cause drama with a younger lady. And the girl looked embarrassed. Might not come back if management is going to allow this type of behavior and if that older woman keeps acting immature and childlike to an actual younger kid. Bless her soul

If I could give it zero stars I would ! Food and cooks were great. Alison, the waitress basically refused to serve us. Took other orders before us that came in after us, never refilled drinks once we got them! Never got our bacon or waffles after bringing the wrong food already. The cook brought correct food while she chatted with other customers/employees. By far the worst dinning experience I’ve ever had

The foid was great, they made a nice crispy waffle for me. The server was so sweet, a southern doll, but distracted by her other duties which left our drinks empty unless we stood up to flag her attention. Once, the cook had to tell her we needed refills, without us saying anything. She did make my tea just right, mostly unsweet with some sweet. And like always, I asked to hold my waffle until I was done with my eggs and cheese grits and she handled it well. Rigjt down to the crispier than normal. Yup, I’m a little persnickerity about my tea and waffle. But WH always accommodates.
Still, it was good food, and to hear her voice just made me feel right at home.

I have been through so many Waffle Houses, but so far this one tops them all.
Every Waffle House I have experienced never greeted me or give me good service. At this location, for once I was actually welcomed and the waitress came up to me right away. On top of that, I wasn’t billed right when my food was served; the bill came in later after I finished eating which I loved!
My waitress frequently checked on me professionally and everyone smiled at me!
Great service, food and accommodation.
Gave them my first tip compared to other Waffle House places.

We stopped for breakfast while on the road. Excellent service and excellent food. Better than you get in much more expensive restaurants. I had the 2 egg breakfast with a pecan waffle. The waffle was loaded with pecans the eggs and hash browns were cooked perfectly. My husband only likes his eggs over hard. That’s exactly what he got. If you are in the area stop in. You won’t be disappointed. Plenty of on sight parking and easy access back to the road.
