Great little Jack in the Box location. I requested crispy tacos using the drive thru and I got the crispiest tacos I have ever eaten. Just delicious! The Service person who provided me the service was quick and always smiling. Keep it Up Jack in the Box!

Both the people in the back making the food were not wearing gloves, when I saw the lady making the burgers I asked Juanita the manager if it was ok for them not to wear gloves. Juanita said the lady was allergic to latex, but the food industry uses vinyl gloves.
I brought up the concern after watching the lady making sandwiches walk around touching everything, she went in the freezer to get lettuce and refilled her station and just went back to making sandwiches. Someone is going to get sick here due to the mishandling of the food and poor hygiene of the employees
When I spoke to Juanita her response was “thank you for expressing your concern, we will take it into consideration” there was no concern at all and she was not interested in the least bit on fixing this issue. This place is a safety hazard for the community

The food is always good and warm they make it when you order it and the staff are always super friendly always helpful sometimes if you make a mistake and you order it will be more than happy to help you fix it.

Triple check your bags before you leave. Pull over into a spot to check, or check them in the restaurant. Tonight they left out more than HALF of my order. Burger, fries, and tacos. It’s actually impressive, they left out more than they gave me. My bad for not doing a check. Don’t be me.

I know its jack in the box a fast food joint. But This place has horrible service for dining in good luck placing a order most of the staff just stares at you, and ignores you until they feel ready to take your order definitely don’t mind walking out. I Wouldn’t want that kind of service handling my food for what it already is

I’ve been going to this place off and on for several years and for the last few years I’ve went the there has usually been an really attractive older Hispanic lady that has always been super courteous and efficient whenever she took my order.
