Had a good dinner here tonight. Food was warm and tasty. Staff were friendly. Atmosphere was clean the bathroom was literally freshly cleaned right when I walked in. Make sure to check your food if you order takeout as they were missing some items to people’s orders, but were happy to correct any mistakes.

Now this review is well over-do. Talk about a 180 Degree Turn around. If you are local to this location lets just keep it honest…this store had preformed below its potential to put it politely. Not uncommon for Fast-Casual style restaurants to get in a rut. BUT To whom ever took this place by the horns, did a full over-haul on the staff, service, and general food…Great stuff! I am here very often and bring my clients here a lot. Its important to me that they are treated well and just in general not in a unpleasant place. This new team in place has done exactly that over the last several weeks. So happy to see it come back alive, I encourage everyone who might have been disappointed in the past here to give it another shot. Communication is very important to them, so don’t be afraid to talk to the team about suggestions!

Generally a decent experience at Panera. I’m normally pretty happy with their food, although I’m worried now that they aren’t really washing or checking ingredients.
I found a dead bug in my sandwich that I’m guessing had made its way into the lettuce. It’s a pretty off putting thing to find, so I’d be a bit hesitant about this particular location in the future.

Jessica was amazing! We were traveling with our dogs, so I called ahead to see if they had outdoor seating. She was extremely pleasant on the phone. When we arrived, she came outside with cups of cold water and pup cups for both of our dogs. She also took very good care of the six people in our group. She’s a huge asset to this location and the company! If we lived closer, we’d be back all the time!

I love Panera Bread, but gosh, it’s gotten so expensive! Also, it’s 5° outside and they have the air conditioner on in the seating area and no heat. It’s absolutely freezing in the seating area!! The food was almost cold by the time we sat down to eat with our parkas on. Not happy.

I’m not sure about the food, but the staff’s coordination was at its worst. I had ordered Asiago bagels.
I was in the drive-thru and waited for 10 minutes with no response, even after trying to call them. So, I decided to place the order through mobile instead.
Even after ordering online, they still couldn’t get it right. It was a simple order: Asiago bagels — one sliced and roasted with plain cream cheese, and another just sliced and roasted.
I waited another 10 minutes at the window, only to be handed someone else’s order. When I went back to ask for mine, they told me they were out of stock and that my order was never even prepared.
Really disappointed with the level of customer service at this location.

Sandwiches were made wrong, but still good, I wasn’t able to eat more than a few bites cause of the spice, but tasted great. (I’d asked for no sauce ) it had a southwest type sauce. Great but too much for my tummy

It seems like Panara Bread has went downhill. I’m sorry, but what we received is not worth $62. We ordered 3- ‘pick 2’ combos with a chipotle chicken and broccoli cheddar soup, and a small half ham sandwich. The sandwiches were more like 1/3, not a half. Between all three of our sandwiches, I doubt we even received a full sandwich combined. No chips anymore, no bread for the soups like before, and a dry plain 3 bite ham sandwich for $62. Come on. Now, the food was decent as always and I’m not even mad about the portions, but $62? Come on. We didn’t even get drinks! We have been long time customers but the quality and price have just gone downhill. I Won’t be back.

So any of the good things I’d have to say about this location are counteracted by the fact that there was hair in my salad! I have had hair in my food from Panera in several locations when I lived in NY and now I don’t know why I’m surprised to find another one down here. They must not practice good hygiene at any of their locations! I’m done with Panera as far as I can help it!
