We usually go here on a regular basis and this is one time we were not pleased. There were 2 people in line ahead of us and while waiting for them to finish a person came in to pick up an order for I believe a door dash. There was only one girl working there and she told the person she hadn’t started the order yet because she was the only person working. After she finished the 2 people in front of us she asked if we could wait while they fixed the order for the pick up – at this point we just left – our car had been running the entire time and we had already waited a while. My rating is more for the poor management decision to only have one person working at an established restaurant. Tired of seeing businesses cutting corners to increase their profit margin. People value their time, and when businesses do this they are showing a lack of respect for their customers. Not sure if we will be going back here anytime soon. The one positive comment we can make is that it was clean.

After just getting home and opening up my sandwich this is what it looked like. I payed nearly $15 for this. The quality has definitely gone down the drain.

Placed an order online and paid. Have receipt.
Says they didn’t get the order. called Owner, refused to fill the order and said to contact the bank and stop payment. That costs $$ to do a stop payment.
Will never use them again. Jimmy Johns is much better.

I went today and the entire time I was ordering the employee was talking on the phone (a Bluetooth earphone) , she valued her phone conversation more than our satisfaction and we had to repeat items we wanted on our sandwich multiple times. Then as we got done ordering she looked at my service dog in a clearly marked vest and said next time I couldn’t bring the dog. I told her ADA requires it and that it was a service dog and she just passed me off and continued her phone conversation.

Marie & Jessica ( and now Amber ) are all very nice people. I go there daily.
They treat me so very nice, they are not racist at all. They treat me like family. I even felt enough comfort to show them family photos; such nice people, especially Marie.

not sure what’s up with all the negative reviews… here’s a tip: BE NICE. I’m a polite person, so I’ve only had the highest quality service at this Subway. Friendly people, and my order is always correct.

Great employees, but when the system went down for over 40 minutes and the manager (who wasn’t even IN the store) insisted on us waiting to pay for our food, we just had to return the food and leave. Thanks for wasting our time. I’ve always had great experiences there, but this was the worst managing I have ever witnessed in any sort of food service.

I went in to buy 2 sandwiches with my daughter. My daughter ordered her and then I ordered one and the old lady got mad and said that she could have done them at the same time in a very rude manner. After that I decided not to buy the second sandwich. I don’t know why Subway hires such rude and disrespectful employees….

2) some don’t even wear their hat when making sandwiches
3)workers also wear jewelry while working(rings,bracelets, nose rings)
4)they talk about customers in another language
5) I’ve gotten some stale bread a few times

Tried to eat here multiple times and won’t be trying again. The first time they were out of BREAD. The second time the line was very long and there was only one staff member behind the counter.
