Last time ordering from this place. I placed and paid for my order online. When I arrived to pick it up, the employee told me she was closing the store because she was the only one working. I explained that I had already paid online, and she told me to request a refund through DoorDash, even though I did not order through DoorDash.
She then began complaining out loud (“omg, omg”) and told me I would have to wait an additional 25 minutes for my order. I waited, but by the end I did not feel comfortable eating the food because she was clearly very upset while preparing it, and I was afraid she might have spit in it. As a result, I wasted my money. I will not be coming back.
This happened on December, 26th 2025 around 6pm.

Won’t be returning. Placed a pickup order at 611pm. The app said it’d be ready at 626pm. Got to the store at that time. Was told it’d be a couple minutes. Didn’t get the food until 645pm because they hadn’t started the order until I got there (4 sandwiches). I was the only one in the store, the place was clean, and no one came through the drive through the entire time I was there. The shift manager even made a comment about how slow it was. When I finally got my food I asked if there had been an issue with my order. He said there were a ton of orders they had before it, which was obviously BS. Lesson learned to not tip before you actually get service. On top of that they made the order wrong. Good luck to whoever owns this store.

Got a meatball sub. The sandwich was ok at best. Entire outside of the bun was covered in sauce and they forgot my jalapeños. If they were busy, I might give them a pass, but this was a Sunday afternoon and the store was empty. Sorry, but won’t be back.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 subs. They were not busy when we pulled in. Waited at speaker for 5 minutes, asked if anyone was there. “Ya sorry, just finishing up”. We get to the window and it was in hand ready to go, questioning how and why it took forever to make 2 subs with 2 employees. No reason for that! Not coming back. BTW ONLINE ORDER!

The sandwich is great because they give a lot of toppings. The bread is never that dry. The mac n cheese is great. The cookie is great. The service got my food super fast. The building is very nice. 5 star everything. This is the best sub place in the world.

Cashier was sweet but waited 22 minutes for my food for it all to be cold when i got home 3 blocks away. Thought I would give them a chance, but wont be going back.

Won’t be returning. 2 times now my carryout order has been missing half the items and or cold. Wish I could upload a picture of the cheese fries too. They look just sad.10 fries in a puddle of cheese. Not worth the time to do someone’s job for them and pay that price for food that isn’t made with care.

1st time I was at a Cousins Subs since they closed down here 20 some years ago. Back then the subs were horrible. Only thing decent was the bread, meatballs tasted like cardboard. Got the same thing a few weeks later when I tried them again.
Fast forward to 2025 and a new store. Got a turkey/ham sub. Was very good. Good staff. Honestly I didnt have much expectations that Cousins had changed from the way they were back in the early 2000’s, but had to try them again to see if they changed. Oh how they did change for the better.
