Food was very well priced with great flavor. Staff was great and helped with all of my questions about the menu without hesitation. The management gave us a 5 dollar gift card for first time in which was a nice surprise. We had a hungry 7 meal and cayenne ranch sandwich meal. The chicken was fresh and not over cooked the flavor and breading was one of the best in the fast food industry. I subbed my frys for a bowl of Mac and cheese and was not disappointed at all. The Mac and cheese was creamy and had flavor. The frys were well seasoned and crunchy. We will be back again.

This was my very first time trying Slim Chickens and while I had high hopes from the first customer service interaction by Heidi, unfortunately I was let down. The food flavor was phenomenal which is why I was disappointed to find what appears to be a wire from one of the cooking utensils in my food. While I would wholeheartedly recommend the food, I don’t know that I’d feel comfortable going back.

A delicious Southern style chicken establishment with great rock, blues, and country music to enjoy while you savor your meal. We had a Slim’s meal, freshly made upon ordering, with tasty fries and Texas toast. The beverage selection is varied and good, including freshly brewed flavored teas. The Staff is attentive, David took our order and helped us with our selection and indicated the 14 sauces to choose from! Come down to Slim Chickens and feast on some Arkansas style Chicken.

Food isn’t bad at all, actually really liked eating here. Was with a Muslim friend who can only eat Halal chicken. I recommended this location as I really enjoyed eating here. I call into the location and ask if the food is Halal; the employee on the other line has no idea what that means and is genuinely giving me an attitude for asking so I ask if he can get anyone else on the line he proceeded to say no. I ask why not and he hung up on me. I call back and ask to speak to a manager, the person speaks back and says they are. I ask if i was just on the phone with them to which he says no ( would like to mention he sounded exactly like the first person). I try and ask again and am met with similar situation. I’m not mad about the food not being halal I’m mad about how things were handled. I felt absolutely disrespected by your employees and don’t think I will ever be back. As someone who had rated this place 5 star before and recommended to other people I can’t say I will continue to do so. If you’re the GM reading this I would consider training your employees and management on customers service. I can’t help but wonder if I would have asked about the food being kosher or celiac had I been treated the same.

Slim Chickens lives up to its title. I ordered the Cajun ranch chicken sandwich meal and added a regular Mac and cheese. I got a very SLIM piece of chicken in my sandwich. The bun was way bigger than the sad piece of meat in it. The Mac and cheese though tasted decent was pretty mushy. The only great thing about the meal was the handful of fries which were fresh and tasty. I haven’t been to Slim Chickens in a long time because it always has way too much salt. I finally decided to give it another chance after 6 months- year and came up disappointed once again. Sadly we won’t be returning. They were actually great when they opened it’s sad to see such a great tasting food place skimp on serving size.

Staff is super friendly. Prices are good for the portions. My kiddo got the chicken club sandwich and we all tried it. Absolutely delicious. Fries are seasoned and made to order. Chicken very moist. Hubby got the chicken and waffles and it was amazing. They even offer syrup bottles in the dining area. Environment had us feeling like we were in an actual restaurant not fast food. Staff was top notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Tenders were a little on the small side for what you pay but the food was great! Too many sauces to choose from. I had cayenne ranch and hot bbq, they were great too. If I lived here, I’d go back.

The experience I’ve had the two times so far has been very pleasant and the service was very good. Peter was the gentleman who helped us and had really good customer service. The food wash hot when we got it and the flavor was amazing. I will definitely be returning here again. I can forget their dessert jar it’s delicious

This is only our second time coming and we have been blown away both time not only delicious food, great service, clean, and the best staff around! By far the most underrated place around. The best fried pickles I have ever had, crisp soda, and some of the best chicken wings we have had as well. Hands down best chicken place around!
