The service was great at first. My wife pork chops had too much pepper, the grits was cold. My hash browns was cold and under cook inside. Another thing about the hash browns, it looks processed instead of being fresh. The bacon , sausage, and my toast were good. We both ordered the waffle , and it hasn’t arrived yet at the table. My wife told me people came way after us already got their waffle . I told another waitress that we was waiting for our waffle . Ten minutes later, I told our waitress. She ask, you didn’t get your waffle, I said no. Another ten minutes went by. She only bought one waffle for me, and my wife had order a side of waffle also. The waffle looks pitiful, it was flat as a pancake. I always leave a tip, even if the service and or food is bad. The service and food was so bad, I didn’t leave a tip. Fortunately, I cook at home and don’t eat out, except on vacation. And even on vacation, I always try to get a suite with a kitchen.

Went to the store last night, about ten thirty after work. Seems as though waiting on customers is a real bother for those people. Once I got somebody to come to the window to take my order. I ordered a simple hashbrown bowl with chilli. And I was informed that they didn’t have any warmed up. It’s total terrible customer service. It would be okay to shut this one down, probably.

Stood and waited for a while with empty tables available and was not seated. Not only that, we weren’t really even acknowledged. Only a table of 2 and they had 3 tables available to sit us for a while. Eventually we walked out and went to First Watch down the road. They were excellent, definitely recommend going there instead of here.

The food was fine, but the atmosphere felt uncomfortable because the cook seemed very frustrated while correcting other workers. She wasn’t yelling constantly, but her tone was clearly angry, which made the dining experience awkward

We recently have discovered an always delicious spot….Waffle House is always great! The folks at this location had everything ready, were courteous, polite and the atmosphere was nice as well as clean! I highly recommend the Waffle House on Zelda!
