I waited almost 30 mins for my damn chicken and it wasn’t even crispy! My tenders look old and sad and damn spent near $40 on family meal! SMH. Workers unprofessional! They rather talk on there phone then get my order right! Here’s an idea if you don’t like your job then quit! Unbelievable! I know for a fact if they went to a kfc and had the treatment they got from there identical employees they would make a scene and through a fit! Never again!

Terrible service from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no acknowledgment — I stood there for 10 minutes while the drive-thru worker looked right at me multiple times. The pickup shelf was blocked with cardboard, and since no one bothered to speak to me, I moved it to grab my order. The manager immediately snapped at me with attitude instead of simply asking who I was picking up for.
Then the food was wrong, items were missing, and they even gave the wrong drinks. The Sierra Mist had zero flavor — clearly they didn’t bother changing the syrup box. After how rude the staff was, I felt too uncomfortable to even check the bags in the store.
Overall, horrible customer service and missing food, tasteless soda. I won’t be coming back.

I have been here twice in the last month. No complaints! They were really busy both times and still got the order out fast. We ordered online. I feel like that’s the way to go! Everything was good! Drive through line was long but we went in to pick up the order. I like the coleslaw. Would eat here again

how do you mess up potato wedges?!. and I waited 25 minutes for just 12 wings… No soda just wings and wedges… Plus ask yourself, if you wait 25 minutes for your chicken… Don’t you think the potatoes wedges should be as hot as the chicken that is freshly cooked.. Apparently not… Chicken hot, fries not.. cannot make this up

I have not been at a KFC in years, and thought I’d give it a try. My coworker made me do it. Food was OK was not the KFC I remember something wasn’t rite the mashed potatoes and had a light burnt taste witch I dont know how with them not cooking it. Chicken was extremely salty to me and had a lot of grease. It was hot. May be another 5 years before I go back.

This is my first time to visit this restaurant. I work nearby and so I decided to try something different for my dinner break I won’t be back. The woman who handed me my bag when I was dining in, did not include the extra things that I paid for, and when I kindly asked her for them, she never spoke only handed them to me the chicken tenders were so hard they were barely edible, but because she was so rude I really didn’t wanna say anything. I really wanted some butter for my biscuit and I finally asked but again I say thank you and no response! Just mean, look on her face. no customer Service skills whatsoever And horrible food.

I usually don’t have a problem with this location, however tonight those ladies were absolutely rude and has no basic manners. I mistakenly asked for a fill up bowl, the lady in a petty tone tries to correct me like it’s a problem i said it wrong. Then i asked for the amount, she tells me i’ll know it once i reach to the window. I don’t know what issue she has but it doesn’t need to be infiltrated onto me.

Places like this have really falling. I came and ordered 3 pot pies. Keep in mind these should be ready to take per the employee i asked however I was told it would take 20 minutes to make. These are being advertised all over the place and her answer was sorry we just did y make any. Then after all this I agreed to wait. I then ask for cherry pies as they are advertised on the website and I get attitude that they dont have them. I then proceed to order more food and they just told me with this nasty attitude to park in front. I came inside to wait amd the attitude these woman ate giving everyone is unbelievable, its like we are a nuisance for even trying to order food. I cant wait for AI and mechanized food joints like this. The attitude on these people is disgusting and they should not be employed at jobs like this.
