It used to be my favorite in the city. It used to be a crispy slice you fold in half and eat like New York. Idk if they got new staffing but now it’s soggy and like cheese on a sponge. Do not buy. You shouldn’t be able to fold 2 slices and make an S shape. Trash pizza. A soup on a sponge

I’ve been ordering from this location for years—I used to order a couple of their largest pies once a month for employee parties, and the team always made the experience efficient and convenient. I’ve been to every GF location in Indy, and this one is my favorite because of the quality of the food and how friendly everyone is, even late on weekend nights in Broad Ripple. I don’t live nearby anymore, but when I come back to visit family I always try to swing by here.

Pizza was soft and smelled like soap and tasted like chemicals. My wife ate a little more than I did before she noticed it too and now her stomach hurts. Manager said it could have been from the oven not being cleaned properly… I dont know.. I just know thats not how food is supposed to taste. they did offer a refund but the time wasted to drive up there to pick it up, get it home, plate it, taste/smell it, call them to complain, drive back up there to return the whole thing, then drive back… thats an hour of time wasted. Make sure you taste/smell from this location before you leave.

My dad and I came here after seeing the movie “Goodfellas” (1990). They have some good pizza, and we like the images from various gangster movies up on the wall.

Breadsticks are hit or miss. They are either fantastic or terrible. There is just no consistency anymore and this is why this went from a weekly stop to a monthly stop for us. These were the breadsticks from last night..they were most definitely overcooked 🙁

My family stopped in to get some pizzas to go this evening, and the people working there were very kind to us! Smiling and happy, and really seemed like they wanted us to enjoy our experience with them.
The pizza was great too, but it’s especially nice to get great service anywhere these days 🙂

Honestly glad there’s a Goodfellas in Broad Ripple. The location is super convenient, and the staff are always friendly. I’ve brought multiple friends here who had never tried Goodfellas, and every time they’re impressed.

Serious flop today! Needed a little more fire/oven time but still the best pizza hands down! Lunch special is 9.00 after tax, soda, giant break stick, cheese sauce and a giant slice. My go to is sausage but the pepperoni wasn’t bad. If you haven’t been check them out!

Pizza was good the guy making it was spinning the pizza all around & got carried away. He flung the pizza dough all around his arms and it went all the way up to his arm pit. He was also screaming and talking to himself. I think he was drunk. There’s like 6 seats in there so it’s more of a pick up kind of place.

Unfortunately we cannot comment on the product here in Indy. We have eaten this pizza at a location in another state and it was excellent.
The Broad Ripple location was a NIGHTMARE to deal with! I placed an order at 7:40 pm and at 10:00pm was finally able to secure my refund after calling their location 3 times and also being instructed to call the DoorDash corporate number…only to be transferred back to request my refund again. I would caution anyone from ordering delivery from this location…terrible service, unprofessional, unhelpful, apathetic=pathetic.
