Got a children’s chicken meal in the drive thru. They neglected to ask if I wanted salsa and I forgot to mention it but I was hopeful that there would be some in the bag because I thought it was standard. There was no salsa, which is very disappointing because I had nothing in which to dip my little burritos, that I make with the chicken and the tortillas. One piece of chicken was old and shriveled so much of the meat was stuck to the skin. For someone like me who doesn’t eat the skin, that takes quite a bit of the chicken away from my meal. The tortillas were not as soft as they should be. I’ve included a picture of a large, hard, crunchy piece. It also would be nice if they would fill the drink all the way.
This is my 2nd EPL strikeout this month.

When I called to talk to the manager about these problems, he told me to save my receipt so they could give me $5 off on my next visit.

UPDATE:
The poor service of this location leaves me speechless.
I sat at the window to pick up window for roughly 15 minutes. A worker told me it was time to change shifts. Well for heaven’s sake, find a different technique to switch over, because those of us in line should not be punished because we happen to come at the shift change.
This was my follow-up visit with $5 off because of poor service 2 days before.
I ordered 2 things: a quesadilla and the same 2 piece chicken kid’s meal.
I was sure they would do a great job because this was, in essence, a replacement meal. Wrong wrong wrong. Besides the long wait, he tried to send me off without giving me my drink and I had to remind him of salsa. This time, I did receive 2 packs of flour tortillas . Too bad I neglected to check the rest of the order until I got home. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but the side order of rice was nowhere to be found and I live too far from that location to go back for it. I’m happy to say the tortillas for the chicken were nice and soft! But the chicken was still overcooked to the point where I cannot peel the skin off because the meat is stuck to it. At least for the last couple months, the chicken legs are so small there’s very little meat to start with. The quesadilla was overcooked to the point where the tortilla was crunchy. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I don’t find it appealing so I end up breaking the crunchy part off and throwing it away. The drink was again, in my opinion, not filled. I base my opinion on decades of full cups.
Unfortunately, I threw this receipt away because I foolishly assumed they would bend over backwards to make sure my order was correct, this time. I still can’t believe they didn’t pack my side dish! The reason I’m still going to this location is because it’s on my way home, but I might rethink it at this point.

Ordered a quick pick up dinner online only to find there dinning room was closed. The only way to get our order was to wait in a very long drive through line fully defeating the purpose of ordering ahead for pick up. We weren’t the only disappointed customer at the door either. Ended up waiting for twenty minutes. Won’t be coming back to this location, it’s a shame because the food is so good but the service is horrible here.
Edit: was given zero gravy with our mashed potatoes and asks for two different salsa that we were only given one of. Can’t believe it got worse

Am9ng other items, I ordered a chicken tostada salad at the drive through window. When it was handed to me I specifically asked if my salad dressing was included in the bag. The guy at the window said yes. I got home; there was no salad dressing. I had requested containers of red pico de gallo. What I got was green. This location just cannot get orders right. I went to the location, went in, and asked to speak with the manager on duty. She said that it shouldn’t have happened, but offered no apology or remedy. I have had similar experiences in the past (3 to be exact), but never complained. I am done. The manager’s unwillingness to even ask how she might remedy the problem was the final straw.

Good cheap food but service and cleanliness is lacking. Ordered in the app the fire grilled combos for a little over $5 each including drink. Great deal for bowl., quesadilla or tacos. The order was ready on pick up less the drinks. The dining area was flooded from the drink machine. I almost slipped and fell. In a to go order the restaurant should prepar the drinks and I would have never seen the issue. I told the cashier who stated we are aware but oblivious to the danger of an accident. Drive through should be better.

Came to try the new shredded beef Birria Tacos that’s available to El Pollo Loco reward members! Sneak peak I guess.

Got the 2 taco Birria meal which comes with 2 beef Birria tacos, consumé dipping sauce, tortilla chips, and salsa. Drink not included. Meal is $8.29 which I find a bit pricey but that’s the cost of trying something new!

It was pretty good for a fast food place. The shredded beef was tender and flavorful. The taco was deep fried like how they do it with Jack in the Box tacos. The consumé dip was a bit salty but still paired very well with the tacos. I recommend trying it! I wish I would have gotten the stuffed quesadilla instead though but I chose tacos as that’s the classic traditional way to have Birria. Will try Birria quesadilla next time

Staff was really nice. I mean the person who rung me up and prepared my order. This store wears face masks but they do not wear gloves. They should!!! Please wear gloves!

This location takes forever for fast food restaurant to call your food for dine in . Went there in about dinner time all tables were filthy barely any were clean to say it, I started coughing and as I was talking to the cashier and he didn’t even offer me a cup of water to clear my throat . extremely prejudiced against white people at this location. When my order came up none of the employees called my number my chicken was too hot, small scooping of sides . I had to ask for utensils Nobody here speaks English or if they do they refused to acknowledge that you’re standing there trying to ask for assistance. It wasn’t even busy in the drive-through when I had received my dinner. Even the manager completely ignored me and didn’t apologize for her employees ignoring me. The cashier purposely didn’t let my order go through so I kept continuously choking he also refused to give me my cup, so I can get a drink while the order was going through. My broccoli was cold my food had been sitting out long enough to accumulate flies it’s a bad set up you cannot see your food when you’re sitting in the dining area due to the where the drink stand is. I do not recommend anybody going to this location for dine in. Or to even eat here feeling totally disrespected is not appropriate for an establishment that works with customer service. If you eat here you might want to take your business somewhere else it’s not worth the hassle.

Placed an online app order that was ready for pickup, however they closed doors and you have to pickup via drive thru, which added an unanticipated 15min delay. I can understand that for to safety reasons but wish I didn’t find out at the door.

For their part, the food was hot and steamy when I received it. Chicken was moist and tender. Docking two points because lady skimped on salsa (4 salsa for 16pc meal) and the side of corn had gross brown kernels that had weird texture.
