birthday. There are no surprises. Food is what you’d expect. Drinks are a little watered down. But you’re in it for the onion volcanoes and the shrimp tossed into your mouth and the fun of it all. It delivers there.
Consistent good hibachi inside of the hotel so there’s parking and it’s validated, not always seen in Cambridge! Drinks not too fancy but there’s a drink for everyone
Lunch specials , take out and regular seating if you don’t desire hibachi

My recent visit to Bisuteki was, unfortunately, defined by the shockingly poor service we received. While I generally try to find the positives, our experience with our waitress made it nearly impossible to enjoy the evening, and management needs to take serious note of their front-of-house attitude.
From the moment she approached our table, our server gave off an aura of complete disinterest, bordering on outright hostility. It felt as though placing an order or asking a simple question was a massive imposition on her time. She snapped short, unhelpful answers, never once offered a smile, and actively avoided eye contact. It’s rare to encounter such a blatant display of bad attitude in a service industry setting, and it truly cast a shadow over our entire meal.
To compound the problem, the food was disappointing. I ordered the chicken, and it was so hard and dry. Paired with the frosty reception from our waitress, this meal was not worth the price or the time.
A good restaurant experience starts and ends with friendly, attentive staff. Until Bisuteki addresses the attitude problem—specifically the extreme lack of professionalism from their serving team—I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment. There are plenty of places where the chicken is cooked properly and the staff actually seem to want you there.
The restaurant is large with 4 or 5 hibachi tables at the center of the room and standard seating around the perimeter. At 7pm on Friday night, we were one of three standard tables seated. Our waitress seemed to be in a rush to turn over our table and get us to leave. I will say that the other staff we encountered were delightful.
The food and drinks were disappointing, to say the least. Most flavors were off-putting, especially the dressing included with the house salad. It had a strong vinegar taste which overpowered the rest of the ingredients. Unfortunately, the drinks were very weak. One thing I really did enjoy was the Black Widow Roll; it was beautifully presented, tasted fresh, and I loved the added crunch of the sweet potato. Our bill was high and while I don’t mind paying for good quality, I think Bisuteki was overpriced for what we were served.
I would recommend dining at another sushi restaurant in the area as they are easy to find.
The chef went above and beyond to make my birthday boy happy (lighting the fire on our table several times for his delight). Food was prepared just right and tasted delicious (meat was very tender, scallops melted in our mouth, chicken, rice and veggies were cooked right). We were full and had plenty of leftovers for the next day.
I recommend you book an earlier time (5PM), as it gets crowded in the evening.
Only letdown, for me, was the atmosphere music (surround sound had technical issues); but it was low volume, so it wasn’t a deal breaker.
We all plan to return for another meal there soon.
