The food is a great change when you want some spice and flavor while in Peru. We went during peak dinner time so a wait was to be expected but we got some appetizers and drinks and enjoyed people watching. The lamb skewers were amazing. This was a little more expensive than other restaurants but well worth it. The entrees come with rice and naan which was nice.

Avoid at All Costs: A Total Disaster

I am really unhappy with this place. Our entire meal, at this place took a long time it was 2.5 hours. Almost everything that could go wrong with our meal at this place did go wrong.

The Service (or Lack Thereof)

The wait times were really crazy. Our chas took a long time to arrive it was two and a half hours late. The lemonade was also very late it did not arrive until two hours had passed, which was after the food had already been served. The lemonade was still not there and the chas was also really late it took two and a half hours to arrive.

Basic Neglect: We went to this place. They did not even offer us water. When we asked the server for some napkins the server just brought out a to-go-box. The server did not actually help us get the napkins we requested and did not give us water.

The Food Quality

The food was good but served at horrible times. It was as bad, as the service we got. They brought us the naan a hour before the curry. Then when the curry finally came they did not even heat up the naan again. So we had naan that was all hard. The food was good but not with the wait at all. The amount of food we got was small. It was not worth what we paid for it. The whole thing was a problem.

Verdict: Save your time and money. This place is disorganized, the food is subpar for the waiting time and the atmosphere is chaotic. Never again.

Absolutely delicious! We tried a couple Indian restaurants in Cusco and this is by far the best. My favorite were the samosas but we loved every dish. My husband’s favorite was chicken tikka skewers. We will be back! Suuuuper family friendly as well.

Indians disown this restaurant

Any Indian with taste buds would disown this place. The naan was dry and rubbery, the dal tadka tasted like plain boiled lentils with zero spice, and the mutton masala and channa masala were a disgrace — bland, watery, and completely soulless. This food is an insult to Indian cuisine.

If you’ve ever eaten real Indian food, you’ll be shocked at how bad this is. Truly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had — avoid at all costs.

They have put a photo of Gandhi saying how customers should be treated. However, they do the exactly opposite. The staff is rude and horrible. I had a family member whose sugar level was going down, we had waited for almost one hour after ordering the food. When I asked when they can serve since it’s been more than an hour since we ordered and we have a patient who needs timely food- their answer was “we don’t know when the food will be ready “ AFTER ONE HOUR OF PLACING THE ORDER”. They are the worst and horrible .. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE AND GET THE SAME TREATMENT WE GOT

Got mango lassi and the chicken korma. Both were delicious and authentic. Not to mention their butter naan is some of the best i’ve ever had.

The service is definitely slow so you have to plan accordingly. The food is relatively better. Their lassi mango lassi, mint chase, salted and sweet lassi were good. Samosa and pakora dishes were decent. It tasted so much better after so many days. Dal Tadka was okay, but the butter chicken was great.

We felt like a change from Peruvian food and tried this Indian restaurant in Cusco. The mango lassi was nice, and the dishes have a good amount of spice to them based on your request. Onion pakoda as an entree was tasty, as were the curries. The naan (garlic and normal) could have been a bit softer/less dry, but overall pretty good
Service was attentive and quite fast
Plenty of seating available, and the restaurant is in a convenient location
