I’ve eaten here a couple of times and this place is consistently good.

Just another ramen spot to me. My broth was a little bit bland and everything else unremarkable but ramen and noodle soup is my weakness so it was still comforting. Parking can get a bit rough so we had to go into the neighborhood behind to finally get a spot.

The vibe of the staff was chill and the food was incredible! The appetizer wings had amazing flavor, and every time my girlfriend and i took a bite of ramen our heads flew back like “mmmm!!”

THE highest quality ramen on this side of the bay! Incredible flavor, authentic ingredients, good service and good price. Even my husband, born and raised in Japan was impressed by this place. We will definitely be going again!

I knew this place was not owned by a Japanese, so the quality of the broth would not be as good. I gave it a try anyway. I ordered tenten ramen and some water. The waitress said Sapporo. I clarified it again by saying no some water. She ended up bringing a bottle of Sapporo, which was fine.. I drank it. The broth was, I hate to say, below average. The egg and some veggies were cold. The Ramen was alright. Sorry. I wouldn’t come again. I’m gonna be real. If a ramen place was not owned by the Japanese, it would not be as good. I can speak from my experience and my high standard on Ramen.

Was interested to try Ramen Hiroshi based on their menu. They have lots of appetizers/small plates that one would usually find featured on an Izakaya menu, like Nankotsu Karaage (fried

The ramen here is definitely great. I like the char on the pork belly, the different vegetables and the noodles are just the right texture. The only problem is that the broth is a little too oily which ends up leaving an aftertaste in my mouth. All in all, price is fair and the atmosphere is nice.

Really delicious new ramen spot on Park St in Alameda. I went there for lunch on Sunday with a child and my partner. They had high chairs and we sat outside. They have a parklet with three larger tables, two sidewalk tables, and indoor tables. My husband and I both had the signature ramen. It was SO delicious! The pork was so tender and falling off. The pork broth was so rich and tasty with just the right about of salt and umami. The noodles were plentiful and so tasty. Was $40 for two huge bowls of ramen, tax, and tip.

The Hanesuki Gyouza was good, the Tonkotsu Shouyu ramen was overly salty. Portion size was good, but restaurant overall has room for improvement. I will try again.
