Pizza was old not fresh ordered lg pepperoni which they had on special they gave me a pizza that was not freshly made this is not first time just because it’s on sale shouldn’t mean poor quality…. I have eaten better pizza at a gas station.

This is my first time my daughter’s second. A problem each time. It’s my last time because I have no patience. If you tell me my order is ready I expect it to be ready. And then the same problem with the customer next to us. The order was made wrong on both visits. To me totally unacceptable for service. The food is good and the location is okay. This is not an exaggeration at all. Was at my friends house for her birthday, we called in to order two pizzas for delivery. The guy that answered the phone seemed very unaware and inexperienced, we had to repeat ourselves many times, and he would repeat the wrong ingredients back to us. We asked for marinara sauce and he literally did not what that was. We asked for delivery and he didn’t ask for an address, we had to remind him to take it. Then when the order was finished he hung up on us without taking any card information. Our delivery lady had to call back and get it. When the pizza finally did get here, it looked reheated or old. And one of our pizzas came with no cheese. We looked and receipt said that we asked for no cheese, when we did IN FACT ask for cheese on both pizzas. But again, the guy taking the order was very unengaged with us. We called back to ask for a remake, and the guy who took our complaint seemed lovely. But then our pizza proceeded to never arrive. Very unpleasant experience all in all, will not be ordering from this location again.

Ordered two thin crust pizzas online and when delivered they looked like they were dropped on the ground and were overcooked. I asked for extra sauce and there was hardly any at all. When I called the shop in Savannah the young man was giggling. Will never order from this shop again. So glad we have other pizza options.
Just wanted to update everyone. Tonight we ordered from the same Dominos to give thwm another chance. The District Manager had credited us 30.00 and waived the delivery fee so the pizzas were free tonight and made by the new store manager personally. The difference was night and day….so much better. We were very satisfied and the store manager assured us she was put at this location to make it better. If you ever need assistance ask for Alyssa or Emily….they are great!

It is 8/I7/25 9:30 pm. I ordered this pizza from Domino’s and nd look at it. This pizza was overdone and dry. I might just will have been eating pepperoni and tomato sauce on a cracker.I will not order from them again. I gave three stars for service because the young lady was very nice and tried to be helpful.

Ordered two large pizzas. The children’s cheese pizza was rejected by the children. Looks like they squirted the crust seasoning on top of it and added herbs. I’ve ordered it before and the kids love it. This time they won’t touch it. It’s nasty. This is awful and the kids are eating something else.
Management has yet to respond. I reached out to them and nada.
