I recently ordered the Chicken Fiesta sandwich at this Panera location, and the corn was burnt. I assumed it was a one-time mistake, so I gave feedback at the counter. The staff member smiled and said the corn is stored that way, but I asked them not to put burnt corn in my sandwich. Unfortunately, it happened again, which makes me feel my feedback wasn’t taken seriously. This experience showed a lack of care from the store, and I won’t be returning. I usually don’t complain, but this was disappointing. attached a picture for reference.

Clean, cozy, cute, and very relaxing Panera Bread Cafe in the heart ❤️ of The Little City of Falls Church! The ambience, decor, comfortable seating, soft music, and delicious food offerings make Panera Bread absolutely divine. Very kind, hardworking employees work here, they are so nice! My Margherita Flatbread Pizza was wonderful, Panera Bread is a gem of a cafe that I truly enjoy and love! This is a popular location that is loved by many loyal Panera fans. I look forward to trying their new Rustic Baked Potato Soup and their Hearty Fireside Chili! Panera is always a winner and brings happiness to its satisfied customers! Their exciting menu of highly nutritious meals and beautifully inviting cafes offer an incredible place to nourish your mind, body and soul!
Their toasted sesame bagel with honey walnut cream cheese or butter is absolutely delightful!
Panera’s lineup of sweets continues to impress, so many scrumptious options! I tried their new Coconut Macaroon and Chocolate Coconut Macaroon, both dipped in a layer of chocolate! Both equally delicious. ❤️ I’d love to try their new Almond Pastry next, as well as their Cherry Pastry! Their Cinnamon Roll, Chocolate Croissant, Pecan Pastry, and Chocolate Chipper are fantastic! It’s awesome that Panera Bread uniquely offers the option of getting an apple with your meal! You can also order your soup in a delicious bread bowl! Panera is famous for their broccoli cheddar soup, a crowd-pleaser! With so many well-loved soups, such as the Autumn Squash Soup and the Creamy Tomato Soup, you can enjoy exploring their exciting menu. The Mexican Street Corn Chowder is outstanding and super delicious! The refreshing, light, and tasty Strawberry Poppyseed Salad With Chicken is back, much to everyone’s satisfaction! Calm and pleasant surroundings always draw you in. This is a very happy place! Wow, they have Honey Ginseng Green Tea at Panera Bread! Join the Unlimited Sip Club to enjoy refills on their variety of coffees, teas, and fountain beverages!

An aesthetically pleasing Panera location in a really cute neighborhood with the same great food, service and atmosphere I love at Panera. The team members are very friendly and welcoming and the shop is very clean.

I only went there to try the coffee… even though I’ve tried it at more than one branch of this brand. In the end, I was convinced that their coffee is of poor quality and doesn’t even come close to average coffee.
I don’t know why they don’t offer a better type of coffee beans… There are many good varieties available at reasonable prices, instead of this burnt-tasting coffee.

Another in a long line of disappointments from the Panera Bread company. What was at one time (long ago) my favorite fast casual chain has become a Crust of its former self. Now on to my experience with this location specifically.
First off I used one of the electronic order kiosks, which worked fine but when it came to how I would be Summoned to retrieve my food, there was only 1 Pager thing left and it was completely dead, requiring me to give my cell number (something I don’t like doing unless absolutely necessary). Next off I ordered a You Pick 2 with a hot Caprice sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bread bowl with french baguette and a regular Dr Pepper. Now if I remember correctly, a You Pick 2 is a half sandwich and soup. Not only was I given a monstrously huge sandwich for a You Pick 2 but I was also given a plastic spoon and they didn’t even give me the sourdough cork thing that was cut out of the bread bowl, which I like to dip in my soup as it cools.
Also the fountain Dr Pepper was watery and nearly flavorless and the bread was tougher and Chewier than I remember, making my sandwich and bread bowl rather difficult to eat. I only give them 2 stars because the food tasted ok and the people working there seemed nice if a bit misguided. Also it is possible most of my grievances are more with Panera corporate than the nice people working at this location.

I ordered the Chipotle Chicken and Avocado on a bagel, with egg white but when I received my order, it came on a baguette instead. I politely asked if they could switch it to a bagel, but the staff was very impolite and told me they had no more bagels — even though I could see them right behind the counter. Very disappointing customer service and not what I expected.

The Spanish man staff making the food was very rude to us saying our child is loud and it’s not acceptable, I guess he was never a child him self !!!!!!!, seriously they are kids talking and looking out the window they were being happy kids !!
