I was at McDonalds at 7:30, 8:00 ish pm on Tuesday, January 20th to pick up a Door Dash order. When I walked in, no one greeted me or came up to the counter to see if i needed to place an order. All of the front of the store staff was standing around the drive through window talking and laughing. No one acknowledged me. After 15 minutes I finally asked if one of the group could help the one kid who was putting the orders together. They didn’t apologize, just mocked me as I walked out the door.

I cannot stand this McDonald’s and I hate it with a fiery passion why do they feel the need to disrespect every burger with the most sauce possible ?? Every single time ?? Also this particular locations ice cream machine seems to be broken every time you dare to ask. The only redeeming quality is the fries and soda but how hard can it really be dude I HAVE TO EAT EVERY BURGER WITH NO TOP BUN CUZ ITS ALWAYS SO SOAKED IN SAUCE WHY

Good is very rarely done correctly (entire order is usually wrong). Have dined here multiple times and have never felt welcomed by the staff. They seem unhappy and it shows and it often feels like they want me to take my business elsewhere. The photo show quality of their service.

The restaurant is in the middle of a full interior renovation, should be done by the end of December 2018. The drive thru remains open. They are always fast and accurate with your order.

Everytime I ask for no onions (due to an allergy) they always put them on and hide them. This last time I went, they hid the onions so I couldn’t see them and ended up eating them due to being between the burger patties of a double cheeseburger and stuck inside the cheese. I refuse to go here ever again, and I’d recommend anyone with food allergies to not go as well since clearly, someone is doing this on purpose as I’ve had it happen multiple times at this and other locations.

I recently went to McDonald’s to study since the WiFi wasn’t the best where I was at. It had a very new and modest setting. Had plenty of charging stations and seats available. If you are in town and need a nice place to study than this might be a great place.

Order was quick and easy on the dirty computer that takes away that personal experience as I remember from my kid years. Ordered a triple chesseburger with light ketcup, no pickles and no oinions. By golly they got it right. So amazed. Still was about a 10 min wait though, but not so bad as I order a drink to go with and they gave me 2 cups, so I had two drinks to go with my burger for lunch. Rarely go here now adays as it was still $8 which is reasonable however was only a burger and large soda. Value these days are what they were pre pandemic and it shows. Pack my own lunch more so now but once in a great while I dont mind to enjoy a quick burger from the golden arches.
