My wife and I visited this Wingstop location in Mohegan Lake for the first time today, and unfortunately it will also be our last. From the moment we walked in, the overall cleanliness and atmosphere were very disappointing.
The dining area and beverage station were visibly dirty, and there was no ice available. Instead of proper napkins, there was a roll of paper towels at the counter, which did not feel sanitary. We also observed several employees handling food without gloves, which was concerning from a guest perspective.
Our table had not been cleaned, and my wife ended up wiping it down herself. During our visit, we did not see any employee come out to clean the dining room. The kitchen area also appeared unkempt. At one point, an employee dropped a sleeve of cups on the floor and did not pick them up, and two other employees walked past without addressing it. That moment really explained the overall condition of the store.
As for the food, it was mediocre at best. The wings were not cooked to our liking and lacked the quality we expected.
For comparison, we have consistently had much better experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings in terms of cleanliness, service, and food quality. This location has significant room for improvement.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and off-putting experience. We hope management takes cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience more seriously moving forward.

Ordered 10 of the Cajun corn and got 8 not sure how that’s possible (yes me and my girlfriend ate one before I took the photo no complaints on the taste) but after realizing I was short I tried to call multiple times and sat on hold waiting for over 10 minutes with no response if you go make sure to count what you get! Excellent service. Eboni was a perfect host for my first time here. She was very helpful and even made my cousin and I laugh.

Honestly I had high hopes but was pretty disappointed after trying it for the first time. A family member picked up the order about half an hour after it was ordered (when it was supposed to be ready) and when they got there it looked like they just started the order. My family also claimed the staff seemed pretty inattentive. When we opened it up at home the meat didn’t look satisfying. We requested extra cook time on the wings (which is an option online), but clearly looking at the picture that wasn’t done. We ordered 24 wings and they all appeared to be cooked the same. Also we did the “game time flavor bundle” which was supposed to include Cajun fried corn, but we never got that. I even triple checked the receipt to make sure it wasn’t a mistake on my end. For the price of $40 I was at least expecting what I asked for.

Very decent Wingstop. It definitely gets busy and can be a little slow but the food is worth the wait! I’m sure they may need a month or two to get up to speed and the quality of service down (there are occasional mistakes in orders and the wait times can be crazy). Other than that, no other complaints at all! Place is clean, good atmosphere, prices aren’t too bad considering the volume and quality of food you get! 5/5 overall for me!

This is the place to go if you want to wait over 2 hours for an order you placed 2 hours prior Or the place you go to have your food taste like a teenager made it in an air fryer for 15. If you love ungodly levels of unprofessional services then by all means, dine here

Staff seemed extremely rude the manger joined in on the unexpected comments that honestly made me want to cancel my order but I was hungry and love Wingstop. The don’t wear cloves and the often wipe there hands in there clothes and go from register to working with food. I was extremely uncomfortable and I love Wingstop. Will not be going to this location again. The food wasn’t as good and the restaurant itself seemed nasty. Tables not fully clean, sticky and some of the dinning was even closed off. Terrible experience. I’m nvr coming here again.

I placed my order 40 minutes in advance and even came in later than the pickup time. The screen showed my order as “ready,” but when I walked in I still had to wait for my food. That’s really frustrating and honestly ridiculous after waiting that long. The food itself was good, but the wait completely took away from the experience.

UPDATE: wrote my original review while I sat, freezing, in my car waiting for our order to be ready. The owner replied with a link and suggesting they wanted to make it right. The next day, i completed the form and got an automated message that someone would contact me within 2 days. That was Monday. It’s now Friday. Nothing. Ridiculous. Such BS!
Original review: Still waiting for food. This is the 3rd time we tried this wingstop. People wait HOURS to get their food and many just cancel their orders. Then they have to wait almost a week to get their money back. Food is fair.
Last time I got my order and somebody else’s order in my bag. This probably explains why folks complain they didn’t get their food. It’s now 11pm. My daughter placed an order before 8pm for a 9:15 p/u. STILL NOT READY!!
