Great little local joint. Busy when we went but the food was still quick and the servings were large. I’m picky about pancakes and theirs were very good. Could easily share a short-stack with 2 people. Would go again.

If you’re a breakfast kind of person, I’d highly suggest giving them a visit. Not only if their menu full of options for breakfast items, but they include a lot of local favorite and you can customize anything. The location in Kapolei is very diner style. You order at the counter and they bring your food out. It’s small so sometimes there could be a line outside depending on the time and day you go.
I’d suggest getting pancakes for the table unless you’re really hungry. The pancakes themselves are on the larger side and so fluffy and delicious! The French Toast is made with sweet bread so it’s incredibly flavorful even without the toppings or syrup.
There are no bathrooms inside the restaurant however, there are bathrooms in the strip mall that you need a key for, just ask the person at the counter.

Great customer service and large food portions for the price. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I’m from the south and used to the syrup being sweet. The food was more healthier than I expected. So if you love healthy food options this is definitely the place to visit. I visited with my family and we enjoyed ourselves and the food.

Delicious macadamia nut pancakes. You get a ton of food. I ordered a plate with bacon, scrambled eggs and pancake….I thought it was 1 pancake but it came with 3 huge pancakes and 6 pieces of bacon.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Casual dining with delicious food. The staff were all incredibly friendly and the customers also! Food portions are very generous and everyone in our party loved the food. One customer recommended the Koa Moco with Fried Rice and it was amazing. Highly recommend.

Amazing food! Must try the frief potatoes and the pancakes were some of the best I’ve ever had! My husband had the mahi mahi and he loved it too!
Edit: 4 days later after original review: we have eaten at Koa Pancake House every morning of our visit here and ever meal has been amazing! Be sure to try the fried rice with eggs! Super good! I can’t wait to come back!

Its been awhile since we dine here, before the pandemic. I was shock their was a line inside and out. I thought wow its going to be awhile. Tables were almost full. We were up to order in 15 minutes. You must order before they assign you a table if dinning in. Our order came out even quicker. The service was quick and friendly. Table service was on point cleaning and disinfecting after every customer. The food was so delicious we ordered omelets and fried rice. Fyi the servings are huge, 1 plate can feed 2. Unless you hungry and can grind! Prices are $-$$

In town for business and was recommended Koa Pancake House by a friend and this was a great breakfast. The portions aren’t only plentiful but taste great. The waffle with the coconut syrup was delicious and the eggs fresh and the bacon cooked just right. Will definitely return again on my next trip.
