The double cheese burger was juicy, it tasted good. I was expecting more sauce on the bbq bacon burger, would have tasted better if it had more. The sides were really nice! We loved the panko onion rings and the waffle fries.
Service was good, the place was nice. Playing Pacman was a bonus
Last time we had their Boss Platter and it left such a strong impression on us, so this time we decided to try another signature dish: the Soprano Platter.
We arrived around 12:30 PM, not expecting the huge weekend crowd — it was packed! We ended up waiting for a full two hours before we finally got seated.
But honestly, the owner is a total pro at keeping guests happy — a warm, friendly middle-aged white guy who knows exactly how to ease the tension. He was super enthusiastic and had this amazing way of talking that made everyone smile and wait patiently, no matter how long the line was.
When I asked him for the third time how much longer we had to wait, he told me, “You’re third on the list, but in my heart, you’ve always been number one.” — I mean… smooth talker! Finally, at 2:30 PM, we got seated!
This time we ordered the Soprano Platter, which includes:
• Chicken wings
• Smoked brisket
• Smoked pulled pork
• Sausages
• Plus 4 mini burgers, 4 types of sauces, and a Chop Salad.
Since the platter doesn’t come with sides, we added a Panko-crusted onion rings. The portion size was massive — definitely enough to feed 3 to 4 hungry adults.
Now for the food experience — a bit mixed, to be honest. The chicken wings weren’t really my thing, just okay. The brisket and pulled pork were still super flavorful and had great texture, but a bit on the salty side, so we kept reaching for our drinks while eating.
Still, despite the wait and the saltiness, we feel this place is absolutely worth visiting. You can tell the owner puts a lot of thought into every detail — from the decor and layout to how he runs and manages the restaurant. It’s not easy to build something like this, and we really appreciate the effort.
Their waffle fries are also pretty great too!
I’ll definitely come back to try out something else from their menu:-)
The staff are absolutely amazing friendly, engaging, and incredibly personable. They make every visit feel personal. And the owner? An absolute beauty of a human being. Humble, down-to-earth, and always smiling. You can tell he’s a family-first guy a proud father who carries that same warmth and respect into how he runs his brewery. He connects with everyone, makes people laugh, and treats guests like friends. Nothing but respect.
Now let’s talk about the beer. The Hurt Feelings IPA is hands down my favourite IPA and I don’t say that lightly. In my opinion, it’s even better than Fat Tug, which says a lot. That’s like reaching the holy grail of IPA status. It’s bold but balanced, flavourful without being overwhelming, and unbelievably smooth. Loudmouth absolutely nailed it.
And the brisket burnt ends? Next level. Perfectly cooked, packed with flavour easily one of my favourite things to eat anywhere.
This is without question my favourite brewery of all time. Incredible beer, amazing food, genuine people, and an owner who leads with humility and heart. Loudmouth isn’t just a brewery it’s a community.
Great experience at loudmouth! The service was so welcoming! The burger and waffle fries were everything! So fresh! Perfectly cooked! Cayenne Loud mouth sauce for the win!! Will be back!
