I stopped at jack to get a quick bite after traveling all day and it was a GREAT Decision! Food Was Warm and gave me the sauce I asked plus what i enjoyed the most was how kind the 2 Lady’s were when they saw my dog and his cute pumpkin outfit! They gave us nice compliments and offered my furry baby a Cup Of Whip ! My dog was so happy !!! Thank you girls !!

I visited this Jack in the Box at 6691 Stanford Ranch Rd, Rocklin, CA, around 4:24 PM, and the experience was disappointing. The drink machine was out of order, service was very slow, and the atmosphere felt empty and depressing—like nobody cared.
The staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed, likely due to being understaffed. I overheard employees arguing after they messed up an order where a customer specifically asked for no lettuce but still received it. Meanwhile, every car in the drive-thru was being pulled around, causing even more delays.
When my order finally came out, it took longer than expected and tasted lackluster, like it had been sitting too long or wasn’t made with care. On top of that, I spent a lot of money that day, expecting better service and quality, but it didn’t feel worth it.
To make matters worse, the building itself seemed poorly maintained—I noticed a leak inside even though it was sunny outside, which shows a lack of care for the facility.
While the restaurant was fairly clean, the combination of slow service, unmotivated staff, neglected maintenance, and disappointing food made the experience frustrating. This location needs better management, staffing, and upkeep. As it stands, I wouldn’t return unless things improve.

Went inside and waiting at the counter for 6 minutes until someone came over to take my order. They were busy talking about someone getting divorced and waiting for the finalization paperwork.

When im hungry an on a budget this restaurant fastfood has deals that fit my wallet. Glad this place is starting to lower their prices an hope it keeps getting lower cause with the prices everywhere are going high its nice you can get a food items and tasty to got anyone’s wallet. Visited the Roseville location last night following a concert for a family get together and had the Smashed Burger for the first time. Was cooked thoroughly and tasted awesome – especially with the signature sweet smashed burger sauce

A long time ago service was good and the food came hot. Last time I went here it took over 5 minutes for somone to take our order at the drive theough and nobody was in front of us or in dining in. The food came cold.

I wanted to place an order using a coupon that came to me in the mail. The employee refused to accept it, after paying for my order in full, he started shouting at me that I was delaying the queue and then demanded to leave the drive Tru line and stand in a place near the store. When I refused to do this and said that I would wait for the order in the line, I was not given a decent swear word. My children got scared and started crying, I asked them to cancel the order to leave this not pleasant and not decent place, and they refused to do it. After that, I found the hair in the order, after that I was forced to throw out the order and write about it here.

This was the first and last time I’ll visit this location (at least inside the restaurant). On a Thursday evening it took 20 minutes for my order. One of the drinks was only 3/4 full, one of the items I ordered was missing (I knew I should have checked), the hamburger bun was stale and tacos were paper thin. I see a lot of five star reviews for this place so maybe I went there on the wrong day/time.

It was a really nice and clean place but the food left me very disappointing . I did not receive what i ordered and i tried to enjoy what i did get but it left me so gross and with a dry mouth. I don’t think i plan to even go to a Jack in the Box.
I ordered a sourdough sandwich but instead got a pretty sad croissant sandwich. The croissant was the most stale and disgusting thing I’ve tasted. I did like that the eggs were fresh. A heavily dissatisfied experience and that is no fun when traveling.

Takes 45 mins to get the wrong order everything is always messy and cold, multiple times we have witnessed the drive thru window open lights on not one person in the restaurant. Overall this location is trash
