Ordered thru the app for a drive thru pickup. Upon getting to drive thru speaker, was told that they couldn’t find my order. Verified that I was at the correct address. Went inside to sort things out but they couldn’t do anything except to ask me to try to select alternate method of pickup or to cancel order and get a refund. Both options were not available and when the X was pushed it failed to bring up my pickup order again. So in the end I paid for the order but left with nothing. Only option now would be to try and dispute this charge with my bank. Very disappointing experience.

I think this was the first and only time I’ve been to this location. We spent about 30 minutes dining in as I was working on a video. We used the restroom first, no hand soap. After checking out the restaurant to pick a seat, tables and the floor were very visibly dirty and trash cans were full. We found a clean spot to sit down and order table side service as we have at other locations very recently. The restaurant was empty and drive thru wasn’t seemingly busy. I placed my 1st order and they bagged it, yelled it out and left it for pickup, even though I put in our table #. They did atleast bring our 2nd order to the table. Too busy to clean their dining room, empty trash or bring an order to the table… but a team member had time to get 3 drinks at the drink station for the kitchen. I don’t think any team member was over the age of 20, so I just think they need better leadership. Happy National Burger day. Always be on your best game because you never know who’s going to walk in.

The team that is working today crushed it. Just came through to get my family lunch. Fast, friendly, and the food is the best tasting McDonald’s I’ve had in decades. The Coke is crispy, fries hot and fresh, burger buns soft and cheese has flavor… I appreciate the crew who put effort into it today to deliver these result. Chefs kiss!

Went inside with my daughter to ensure our meal was correct. Only ordered a nugget happy meal, a big Mac meal any two cones. Big Mac meal bottom bun was so hard on corners that I couldn’t even bite through it. When my daughter opened up her happy meal box the only thing inside was the nuggets and the sauce. They didn’t even give her her toys or her fries.

Places an order using the app. On arrival we in put our table number and sat to wait on our food. Keep in mind we are the only customers in side the restaurant. After 15min I approached the counter inquiring about our food, the staff member had no idea what I was talking about. She acted as if we never placed an order. One tray was sitting with a single sandwich on it. After pointing it out she realizes this is our order and proceeded to get the rest of the order and hand me the tray with no apologies. We sat down to eat and quickly realized the food was cold with the exception of the nuggets. I returned to to the counter to find the manager playing on his phone. Once I got the attention of one of the staff member, I informed her the sandwich was cold and need to be replaced. She took the sandwich and ordered the replacement. Once again no apology, manager fails to even acknowledge the problem. He was still consumed by what ever he had going on with his phone. A different staff member hands me. The replacement sandwich without saying a word. Once again no one attempts to apologize for the poor customer service. Overall a very disappointing experience. Employees should not have there mobile devices out in front of customers. Especially the manager. The attached image says it all. How about we put the phone down and cleanup your dinning room and train your staff.

This McDonald’s is always hit or miss but mostly miss. I ordered large fries and as you can see they completely screwed me by not filling the container. I paid for large fries but got a medium, essentially. Also, someone I know told me about how while they were very busy this McDonald’s didn’t get his order right in the drive through (inside dining was closed) and when he asked for them to make it right they told him he has to start over in the drive through even though it was backed up around the building due to a local event.

Consistently messing up orders. Couldn’t find mobile orders, or said we weren’t allowed to pick up our order and that they would refund us because they didn’t have the food ready instead of just making it. They do nothing to fix their mistakes and instead argue with customers.
