Customer service at most places has decreased. We received our order and it was correct. The Taco Bell employee did not greet us, simply opened the window and told us our total. We said, “hi, are you?” She gave us our card and receipt and said, “I’ll be back with your order.” She was not rude at all. She just wasn’t personable.

I am writing to report several issues I experienced at your drive-thru today. 126 Ervingtown Rd. Richlands, NC location.

First, I understand that unexpected situations can happen. There was a broken-down car in the drive-thru, which caused a delay. I was patient and had no issue waiting while the situation was handled.

Second, I mistakenly thought that, like Dunkin’ Donuts, customers who order and pay online could proceed directly to the cashier without stopping at the intercom. After being told that I needed to return to the intercom, I exited and re-entered the drive-thru line, which placed me behind three cars. This was inconvenient but understandable, as I was picking up food for my daughter and a hot drink for myself while rushing to my other daughter’s concert, which started at 6:00 PM.

I ordered a Supreme Deluxe and a Hot Cinnabon Delight. When I received my order, I took a sip of the Cinnabon Delight, and it was completely cold—not even warm. I informed the employee, but she responded that it only felt cold from the outside of the cup but was hot inside. I explained that it was actually cold, as I had already taken a sip (and some even spilled on my jacket), and asked her to check the temperature herself. I could see she was irritated. She then called another employee or manager, and after speaking with them, she asked me to pull over and park, even though there were no cars behind me. At that point, my frustration began, but I complied.

As I was parking, I realized we were running late for the concert. My daughter’s concert was more important than my hot drink, so I had to leave without receiving it. While driving away, my daughter informed me that her chalupa was also cold, including the meat. She ate the rest of her meal but could not eat the chalupa because the cold meat and the shell were soggy.

For reference, I arrived at the drive-thru around 5:50 PM, waited for the broken-down car to be moved, re-entered the line, received cold food and a cold drink, was asked to park and wait again, and finally left the drive-thru around 6:15 PM without my drink.

This experience was frustrating, especially considering the time constraints and the fact that the food and drink were not served correct. I hope this feedback helps improve both service and food quality for future customers.

It’s a Taco Bell so it’s hit or miss depending on locality. We were passing through town and in a hurry. From a hit or miss standpoint, it was a hit. The food was hot and fresh, and came out quickly. The service was also very friendly.

Where did my meat go? Manager said you only get 1 ounce of meat. Was rude. Slammed the window. That is not enough meat! As a customer you want enough meat/cheese and tortilla ratio. If I wanted just a tortilla I would have order it. Very disappointed. Calling corporate about this manager and the lack of meat. It is always freezing in the store too. Ladies at the drive through were not happy either with their managers attitude.

This location is always super busy but the customer service is always good. The wait doesn’t seem long , the restaurant is really clean and my order is always made correctly. They were fully stocked of baja blast this night which is my Taco bell go to drink . This place is still one of the best fast food places in Richlands besides Bojangles. They had the wings last time but I did not try them, I am going to have to make that my mission next time as I will be back. The crunch wrap was on point for sure.

Im not sure ive ever had a bad experience at Taco Bell. …If anything maybe a taco didn’t get put in the bag 1 time…& they made up for it with a taco & several coupons that I could use on future visits.

Not all Taco bells are the same The one here on Richland highway sucks, there is no service other than the actual employees making the food and they take entirely too long.

They make you place your own order, then they make you come get your own order. At least McDonald’s brings it to you. Come next year Tax time I want a W-2 for doing their job

Not sure why this tbell is so back and forth. If you come earlier there is a better chance your food will be better but for some reason anytime I get food after 5 I’m always screwed over. I paid extra for two quesadillas tonight with both extra meat and I got the regular amount. Would be cool if a manger could contact me to replace my order. Might look like I got enough in the pic but I assure you it was flat and had no weight to it at all really. I’m also never greeted or told have a good night etc. so the employees should also get better with their customer service skills.
