Willkommen, freund! Wurst in Gruene is a German bratwurst food truck nestled inside The Gruene Grove. We have the wurst and some not-the-wurst items to enjoy, including hot dogs and grilled cheese for the little ones while you sip your favorite Gruene Grove Rita. And don’t miss out on Grandma’s House Kraut recipe, straight from Germany. It just needs a cold Texas beer to make a perfect pairing. Finally, stop in for a tasty treat at Rhea’s Homemade Ice Cream to finish off the perfect day under the shade of our gorgeous Texas pecan trees. Prost, y’all!

I’ll let my photos speak for themselves! This place is super cute and serves perfectly cooked wurst. I had the Italian sausage because it looked so yummy! The pretzel bun did not disappoint. I added some mustard, and it was a solid 10! The ambiance was great, and the band tonight was fantastic!

I know they don’t own the atmosphere but that was amazing and music was on point! Their food was wonderful … Had the American and my husband did the German! We both were not disappointed they didn’t have fryer up and running but the German potato salad did not disappoint! Appreciate the smiles and good conversation ordering and picking up!

These brats are top notch! Their choices are simple yet flavorful. I got the Tejas and it was super yummy and hit the spot after my 4.5 mile run. Their ingredients are good quality, so they didn’t leave you feeling like you ate grease. Not the first time I’ve eaten here and won’t be the last.

Great food with a little hiccup. Okay so a very mixed review. The younger man running the stand was super nice and had great customer service skills. The party tried all the dogs. German, Italian and the Chili Dog. The sausage was legit had a huge snap and everything was great. Only issue is that we waited for almost 2 hours for the fries. Apparently we waited for the Fryer to heat uo which it never did.

Technically, a food truck in an open patio area of a bar. The bratwurst is really good. Just wish you could get cheaper drinks.

Great service and even better food! Now they are popular so they do tend to run out of things here and there, but it’s guaranteed that whatever is left is going to be great! We found them inside the Gruene Grove. So grab a plate and hang listen to some awesome live music!

CONVENIENCE!!! Very nice staff very accommodating and an awesome environment for chilling out and eating bratwurst. Very convenient location and they even give you a little buzzer for when your food’s ready. Thank you Dylan for helping me out with some of my food allergies and getting me set up!!!

This was “I deserve a refund bad” I eat sauerkraut weekly and it was barely edible. The bread was old and very hard. $37 for 2 barely edible dogs and some very delicious fries was not worth it. Sorry… do better, kraut, pickles, bun all nasty.
