Oliver’s is a fantastic local deli with that wonderful local springs feel! The staff there are amazing and will help you narrow down your order because you will want the entire menu! I’m a sucker for lox and capers, so the Nova Lox on an everything bagel was a natural choice. Perfect ratio of cream cheese and other fillings (some places really glob it on so it’s all you taste). The next time I come I think I’ll ask for a few extra onions but that’s really a personal preference. It’s really the best in town that I’ve had.
This hidden gem serves an all-day breakfast, several in-house baked items, and is a popular spot for locals. The staff is amazing, friendly, and warm. This is a place you’ll love to come to.

Amazing local food and more!
I’ve been craving for a soup and sandwich restaurant lately. Having moved here from MS, it is hard to find food as good as what we are used to. This food is delicious! You get so much food, its crazy! Plus the atmosphere is outstanding. They sell Colorado local favorites, like honey, teas, hats, etc. I’m so happy to have found another wonderful locally owned restaurant. 5 stars for sure. Good people, great food!

Good sandwiches, the French dip was the best out most places I have been too. The bread could be more crunchy/hard, but better then soft bread that most tend to serve.
Definitely recommend it for cold cut sandwich lovers. And for the breads they sell.
The banana breads they make in variety of flavors is fenomanal. The pumpkin bread cream cheese is must try.

I just stopped in for my first time this morning and I will definitely be back. I got a bacon egg and cheese everything bagel sandwich 10/10. I also got a slice of lemon blueberry loaf, also 10/10. The customer service gets 10/10 as well. They were all very warm and welcoming!

As a self proclaimed “flavored bread” expert, I can tell you with confidence that Oliver’s has the largest and tastiest selection of gluten goodness in all of Colorado Springs…maybe even Colorado. They have at least 10+ flavored breads on tap at any given time that can be purchased by the slice or loaf. I have yet to actually try anything from the deli per se, like a sandwich…but I suspect they are good too!

Hidden treasure, the fresh baked breads and sweet breads are tasty. I stopped by for a BLAT on toasted bread, plus picked up home made cole slaw – mayo-based with poppy seeds. The menu and selection is nice, and the offer a “build a sandwich” for those who like to create a masterpiece of flavor. Great place for a coffee & breakfast or pick up a dessert.

It’s nice to find a classic deli with so many options! I enjoyed the best vegetable soup I think I’ve ever had and my favorite sandwich here, chicken salad with cranberry. I stop by whenever I’m in the area if I have time. Love it!
