I ordered the baconator and it only came with 2 small pieces of bacon. The shift manager, Benson does not understand how to be polite and friendly toward customers. He stood there with both hands in his pockets and head tilted sideways, showing he didn’t want to deal with anyone. I was very polite towards him, yet he had an attitude stating that’s how they come now. Horrible customer service, and their food is nothing like advertised. It’s a shame he makes customers not want to ever return.

Went to wendys with my son today snd got him a kids meal and my mom a biggy bag. Long story short she bit in to ger chicken nugget and there was a rock in her chicken
We were so shocked she choked on it they seen it themselfs when returned with chicken still cooked on to the rock so it wasnt an employee fault something with the supplier. Kinda scay.

Went there and got dinner tonight through the drive through. Had to honk my horn to get their attention due to a drink they forgot. Get home and a burger was missing too. That wasn’t the issue, it was the way they ignored me and treated me after bringing to light the missed drink. They rudely were talking about me then a guy opened the window and said what’s the problem. After telling him about the missing drink he rudely handed me the drink. Now I can’t go get the burger I paid for yet didn’t get. Never going here again.

Probably the best Wendy’s we’ve ever been to, great & positive atmosphere, the bathrooms were clean, & they even offer the cutest little peppermint candy which is extremely thoughtful..sorry not sorry if I’m making it sound like a 5 star restaurant. I’m from Georgia where we wait 30/40 mins for our order & barely get free napkins lol. We only had to wait 4 mins for our order & not only received an apology for the wait but had the option to choose any sweet dessert to snack on while we waited…uh yeah best Wendy’s EVER.

I i went through the drive through, and it seems that the food is okay. Nothing to write home about. My issue is, every time, they leave something out. Today it was hot sauce for my chili, and a spoon. I had to drink it like coffee, and use my crackers as a spoon. Very messy and irritating. At least I got plenty of napkins. And as slow as they were, you would think that my fries and nuggets could be fresher. They should have been cooking to order. I waited 4 minutes anyway. Instead, they were within the 20 minute time limit, but n ot by much, so they could not survive the ride home. If I had not eaten my fries immediately after pulling off they would have been inedible. I live 8 minutes away, I should not have to open my air fryer and wait another 5 minutesfor anything. Its kind of the point of getting takeout instead of cooking.
