I work at the Ford dealership nearby and the Welsh road location is closer to me. I specifically go out of my to go to this location because the food and service are far better. The staff is professional and friendly, and unlike the Welsh Road location, they aren’t using gross and vulgar language in the kitchen loudly enough for the guests to hear.

I received an order through Uber eats. Food was cold, sloppy and wrong. There were specific instructions and they were not followed at all. Whoppers were wrong and one was missing cheese. Not even edible. I trashed them and won’t order again. So gross. The management and employees must not care at all when making the food. I would not feed those burgers to a dog. Do better or shut down.

Was picking up a Doordash order & the person who answered at the speaker was rude! Didn’t ask for my customers name & told me to pull around! I get to the window & he had a really bad attitude towards me! Not sure if he was the manager or what, But he needs to do better… If you don’t like your job, DON’T WORK THERE!!! Plain & simple

The guy at the drive thru is very rude on the late shift. Failed to redeem coupon twice and belligerent at the drive thru window for no good reason. Personality goes a long way. Probably will travel to different burger king after the second time of this.

I have visited this location a few times since starting classes in the area and have only received my food twice in an actual speedy manner while other times I’ve waited way longer than I should have. On one occasion I came inside and placed an order on their touch screen monitor and waited 10 minutes just to pay the cashier and then still wait on my food. Another occasion I placed a mobile order well in advance so I can just come through the drive through and pick it up and was worried my food would just be sitting there getting cold because I was still 10 minutes away from the location. Got there and went through the drive thru and was told that my order wasn’t ready and to go park in the parking lot. For this location you have to drive out onto the street directly upon leaving the drive thru and come back around the other side to get to the parking lot, an annoying task due to this being a very busy street. Once parked I waited another 5 minutes or so but the lady that brought my food out was nice as was the cashier in the drive thru window however I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again.

Staff friendly as usual. The guy Taylor who waited on us was extremely friendly and polite. Had a few extras and substitutions on our food and was all received like ordered. Place was extremely clean, tables were cleared and wiped down, the service station also. Food was piping hot. Couldn’t fault the staff, wait time or food at all. Between their coupons and reasonable prices, 4 people ate for under $30 too. The Royal Crispy chicken was bomb.

Fast drive thru service but my onion ringd were cold , my lucky charms milkshake cup was only 60% filled & the drive thru leads you directly to the str where on coming cars are hard to see.. Not a good location @ all..I enjoyed my classic grilled dog.. I will return & remember to check everything before i drive off..
