I found an awesome deal online, ordered to pick up. I arrived and they were just bagging up my meal. Didn’t let him know who I was just cuz I wanted to see how they handled the food. All gloves were worn, all care was taken, and the atmosphere was nice and clean. This was our first time at this KFC and it certainly will not be the last. It was nice to get great food for my money. Which is extremely important to me. Thank you KFC

The inside is usually pretty quiet and has a smell but it kinda comes with KFC’s. The workers are always nice. Only issue I really have is wait time when you’re ordering a side item and they don’t have it prepared. Primarily with the apple pies, they can take over ten minutes to have ready, they don’t always tell you that it’s going to take awhile.

On a road trip, my son and I stopped it KFC to get some dinner. It was to be a quick stop because we had a long driving ahead of us. We noticed that everything was clean and well ordered, as we placed our meal and took our seat while we waited for the preparation of our food.
As we checked our number we noted that the items were added up correctly and taken correctly and so he had no worries that the order would not be prepared correctly. Soon enough our order was called and we picked up our meal. As we ate our meal I tasted the deliciousness of the chicken as it was well prepared, cook thoroughly, and it tasted wonderful. I’ve never been able to enjoy KF c’s mashed potatoes and gravy it just taste like white flour to me, but the coleslaw tasted fresh crisp cold and tasty. I also like having the option of having a 0 calorie drink from the fountain menu. I would recommend this calf C again to anyone.

This place is amazing! As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff. The app wasn’t working, but the manager, Lisa, came over and personally helped us figure it out. It turned out to be an issue with the app itself, but she still honored the online prices. Lisa went above and beyond, truly excellent customer service!
We will definitely be back.

While the service was great and both the restaurant and the bathrooms were clean, there was no changing table in the bathroom and the food was dissatisfactory. My fill up box, advertised online as being $5, was $6.99 in store, but I understand different markets offer different specials. The Nashville Hot tenders my husband got tho were gross; and I don’t mean just flavor. Thin strips that were mostly breading and so greasy you could barely taste the seasoning. I would not recommend trying that particular menu item.

Ordered online via the KFC menu and tried to redeem a free 8 piece tender I was offered, but it didn’t go thru properly. Luckily the manager Lisa was beyond kind enough to understand the mix up, and added in the 8 piece anyway. ❤️ Food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly as ordered. Thank you!

I had a very lovely experience. I walked into lobby and automatically the employees were very kind and welcoming. It was very clean. They were speedy with their food production. The food was immaculate. They made sure I had everything in my order asked me if there was anything else they could get for me. And they wished me a good day as I was leaving
