My son and I stumbled on this place when we were passing through. Pretty dang good food! The service was great. Attentive and timely. I didnt catch the name of our server but she was wonderful. I really liked the way they cooked their chicken.

We have been coming here for over a decade and the food never disappoints! Family owned and operated and everyone is super friendly. Service is fast even when the restaurant is busy. Definitely recommend.

This place has beautiful paintings everywhere and it carries on into the bathrooms. I love that the womans restroom has a changing table in it. The man’s does not have one. The music is nice and not to loud. The food was pretty quickly after we ordered it and it tastes really. I like my steak burrito. My husband said that the nachos are fantastic and this is probably his favorite Mexican restaurant. Chicken wings must be good too because my son ate it like a crazy person. The cheese quesadilla is decent. The chips and salsa at your table are good but the salsa is very hot. Fan of the Mexican soda but my husband liked it. Lolli was the one who waited on us today and she’s super friendly and great with the kids.

Lovely little restaurant in the middle of downtown Ridgefield, WA.
Atmosphere was lovely–most walls were covered in vibrant murals of Mexican culture. (I’m not totally sure since I’m not Mexican)
Service was fine, food arrived really quickly after ordering. I ordered a grande combination with a taco and 2 enchiladas. All ground beef. My friend ordered the fajitas.
Food was good… nothing super spectacular, but good.
We’d go back if we lived in Ridgefield.

Ordered a deluxe chicken burrito and deluxe shredded beef enchiladas and this is what we received, a burrito and a tortilla covered in lettuce with a scoop of beans. We did not expect to pay $38 to not receive a large item ordered. I am heavily pregnant and just wanted an enchilada and they did not give us that. Customer service was short and rushed. Really upset by this transaction as we live too far away to return to get my item we paid for but did not receive.

Salsa was super watered down with almost no flavor. The drink and Mexican beans were fine but my enchiladas were very plain and bland. The chicken enchilada was soft, moist, and shredded but barely warm and the cheese enchilada was just awful. It was if they threw a cold rotisserie chicken shreds in one side and pre-shredded bagged cheese in a tortilla, wrapped it up, warmed it in a microwave for 15 seconds, and added a little more shredded cheese and diced green onions on top, and said here you go! Whoever the cook is, needs to go to Plaza Jalisco in Kelso and learn what real enchiladas look like and taste like and get the proper training from the subject matter experts!

The food was good overall. I had the mediano plate. A chimichanga and challupa with ground beef. The fried flour shell on the challupa was soggy on the bottom where the beef soaked through it. Had to eat it with a fork. The chimichanga was ok, smallish, but no fillers like rice or beans. My wife had the fajitas with steak and corn tortillas. She liked them but they gave only 4 tortillas . You have to use 2 each time you build a fajita. So she asked for more. They brought only 2 more.
The server didn’t come and check on us often enough. We needed more napkins than the one we had when we were sat down. I wanted ice water and had to ask for it rather than being given it at the beginning. Also there was no ice in the water.
Ok atmosphere, festive somewhat. I was expecting better overall based on the Google maps page and reviews.

pretty good place! the food was amazing but chips were less salted than expecting and there was too much of a cilantro taste in the salsa. burrito was good too, loved the beans and rice. took a minute or two to get seated, even though it wasn’t busy. prices were good, total was 38 besides tax for 3 people. loved the seats too as the wooden parts had engravings. seats had crumbs on it though. overall, I think I would come back if I were visiting Washington again!
