How do you undercook a smash burger? The patty should be thin and crispy, not mushy semi pink. Hope I don’t get food poisoning or a tapeworm. I am a trucker. I don’t have time to stop again… Update i tried to finish it, and I can’t. I can’t tell if it’s even seasoned because the under cooked beef taste is prevalent. My cold brew also has a syrup consistency and tastes like sugar, not coffee. It’s a route 44 diabetes in a cup. I eat at Sonic every blue moon and I rarely complain. It’s gotta be this Sonic. Wasted $17 bucks on a time crunch

I ordered a vanilla coke. The first one was so sweet, it tasted like mostly vanilla syrup. I requested a replacement, suggesting they do at least half that amount, but not plain coke. The next one had none in it. I re-requested it, and got a plain coke again. I finally just left and ordered one in the next town. It seems to be all or nothing at this one in Bald Knob

Bought a Reese’s peanut butter blast it was terrible made with plain peanut butter and ice cream did not taste or look like it had anything else in it. Cup had peanut butter all over it and in the inside it looked and tasted terrible. Very disappointed sonic in Bald Knob

This is absolutely disappointing. Everytime i order from here almost everytime they get the order wrong. I don’t know if they aren’t paying attention, can’t read, or just don’t care. Its embarrassing and very very frustrating.

Failure in the kitchen today. They forgot to bag part of my order, didn’t put any syrup or icing in the bag for the French toast and cinnasnacks, and then the ice coffee didn’t have hardly any cold brew concentrate but it did have this giant ball of ice from the bottom of the ice machine in it…. This whole experience was very frustrating. The car hop was sweet and helped as much as she could. I told her not to share the tip I gave her with the rest of the kitchen staff.

Opens at 5/6am, but no change for a $100 at 10:00am (that means you have been open for at least 4 hours), when id only get $80-ish back for change. Ridiculous. Car hop didn’t know how to count back change either. Fries were cold & way over cooked. First time ever coming to this Sonic and definitely would never go back!!!!

Typical Sonic location and they have good drinks deals during happy hour. It’s not too far off the U.S. 67 highway so if you’re traveling on it the restaurant isn’t a bad place to stop and get a bite to eat and/or a drink. Order from the app for additional specials, including all day happy hour.
