Great food great atmosphere. We both had the chicken fajitas and they were great. The margarita was fire as well.
Not a super great location as far as parking goes. I recommend going for dinner. The potters house next door has lots of space to park real close, if you go when they are closed.

This has become our favorite local Mexican restaurant, after trying numerous ones over the last couple of years.
The food has been great the three times we have gone, and our most recent server, Enahi, was simply excellent! Friendly, prompt, and the couple of allergy-related changes we made to our order were handled exactly right.
The warm chips and salsa is a great appetizer as well!

Salsa was thick and spicy ❤️ compared to the watery stuff from many local restaurants in the area. Chile relleno dinner was amazing and reminded me of home. Husband got the tamales and they were kind of small/skinny and not normal sized. Other than that, fantastic and authentic–one of my new favorite spots.

Acambaro could have been a better experience. We had a server that didn’t seem interested in actually serving. Very abrasive, didn’t smile at all, very terse in interactions. She never checked in on us to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Then we got two bills with different amounts. Had to get the manager to figure it out. SMDH. Obviously not returning there. The wife hates the experience.

I’ve been frequenting the same couple of Mexican restaurants in NWA for nearly two decades. However their quality has gone down and the prices up over the last couple of years. I decided to try Acambaro a couple weeks ago and it was so good. They have a spicy and a mild salsa. They have so many affordable lunch options on their menu and these are available even on Saturday. I’m able to get a chips and salsa, a large lunch and water for around $10-12 and that’s including a 20% tip. The staff is always so kind. I’m really happy I tried them. This is my go to Mexican restaurant in Fayetteville.

Been coming here since I was a small kid! I grew up in Fayetteville and nobody does queso and sour cream sauce like y’all do! I’ve had the same server since I was 8 years old she knows her stuff! The restaurant is very clean and the food is FIRE!!!

Great service, cute place, but that had to be the worst chili relleno I have had in a long time. It was tough, soggy, weird flavor, and saturated in sauce. My husband said his chimichanga was fair, not the best, but the worst. Definitely won’t be back.

We ordered fajitas and they were very flavorful, delicious and the portions were good. The margaritas were also very yummy. We ordered appetizers and never got them, we weren’t charged for them either.

Good food! We would eat here again. We had a group of about six and they took good care of us.

A wonderful sit down restaurant. We really enjoyed the service, food, and margaritas! They have solid vegetarian options as well. We got the veggie fajitas and cheese chile relleno. I definitely intend on going back.
