A fabulous Thai restaurant that me and my wife have been going to for at least 20 years, and we still love it! On our most recent visit we decided to take our kids (14 and 16 yr olds) on a Saturday afternoon in early September 2025. We had the lunch menu, this is a great deal as you get a starter and main course for under £12, this is available on a Sat and until 5pm. The food we had was absolutely amazing. My wife rated her drunken noodles 7/10, my son had beef curry that he rated 9/10, my prawn stir fry was certainly 10/10 and my daughter rated her chicken satay 8/10. So all in all a fabulous visit, and we will definitely be returning very soon!

Thai Crystal is really good. We had the chicken red Thai curry with egg fried rice and prawn udon noodle soup – full of flavour, perfectly cooked and satisfying. Portion sizes are just rightand the prices are very reasonable.
The downstairs toilet is a bit small and could use an update and the staff could be friendlier and speak clearer English as they had difficulty understanding us.
Overall, delicious food at a great price. It’s worth a visit.

Our Tofu Pad Thai came with ONLY 2 pieces of tofu in the whole dish…rubbish. It was also pretty oily/greasy. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. I tried to call to resolve/ get a partial refund as it was ordered on deliveroo but no one answers the phone!!

Busy, clean, fast, friendly service. A bit pricey but worth it. Good sized portions, but the rice was a little small. Coconut rice tasted like plain rice with coconut shavings on top. None of the rices came with garnishes which was a bit disappointing. Pudding was good, ice cream scoops we’re really sweet, but Rocky was absolutely amazing!

MICROWAVED? I think the Ribs starter had been Microwaved; meat usually sweats that way when it’s microwaved. The restaurant was busy with motorcycle drivers coming in & out for deliveries and so their kitchen was under pressure to fulfil so many orders.
The food was below average, our Roast Duck starter is one of the most disappointing I’ve ever had;dry & very crunchy not crispy.
The service was unfriendly (particularly a Middle aged woman there;probably the Boss) you don’t feel welcome. It’s probably best not to go there between 6-8pm because they’re too busy and so you’re just an inconvenience to them during those hours. I had to leave my table 3 times to go ask for additional drinks.
Toilet was clean and had a nice fragrance to it.
We spent £170 as a group of 4. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant, I think there are better options in the area.

Have ordered takeaway from here many times, but first time I’ve visited the restaurant. Food was amazing, had the vegetarian starter platter and the tofu panang curry with coconut rice. Staff were friendly, if a bit overwhelmed by how busy it was.

Authentic Thai food, generous portions, highly recommend chicken satay starter, the best I’ve had, tender and flavourful. The owner, Nim, welcomes guests like family, nothing is too much trouble, and the freshly prepared food transports you back to holidays in Thailand. The lunch special is definitely value for money!

Excellent Thai restaurant on the High Street, fairly close to Crystal Palace park. Service was warm and welcoming, food preparation times were quick and efficient. We ordered the drunken fried rice, mango salad, and tom yam spicy vegetable soup. Everything was beautifully prepared and very nicely presented, down to the carrot flower garnishes. The restaurant has a warm and easygoing atmosphere and is a great place to relax in a group or by yourself with a book – especially nice to sit by the window during sunset.
