Everytime we have anything special about our order it is screwed up. This is a constant issue. People need to actually do their jobs and pay attention. I thought after the remodeling and restructuring of our local store things would get better but so far that has not been the case. If you have to modify an item don’t bother ordering here because you won’t get your food made the right way.

Had to say my order 5 times… 5 hard tacos with meat cheese and lettuce only and then 5 with meat and lettuce only. 5 soft with meat only and 5 with meat cheese and lettuce. Spent $50+ not sure how… and then ta is had HARDLY ANY MEAT half the taco didn’t have anything in it!!!!!

I prefer the Kerr location. They seem to take pride in making the food before customer receives it. This location seems to throw it together.

Went through the drive thru at 10:16 an the girl working the window was so rude to me. She opened the window said 6 an thats all she said to me. I asked can I get hot and mild sauce the girl just shuts the window an walks away and a male worker brings me my food. Thats not good customer service at all. I barely eat here as is an this just makes me not want to come back.

With all of the recent remodels to our store the staff always seem to be out of one or more items at all times. They tried to talk me out of my order because I had to wait 20 minutes for beef. When I asked if I could go ahead and place the order and wait they didn’t know if they were allowed but the manager approved. When asking for certain products they didn’t carry it anymore when it’s a newer product. The friendliness is there usually. The customer service, speed and accuracy has dramatically died. It was my favorite place for many many years and now I dread when I want or the kids want to try it again.
