Let me just start by saying that we almost walked out after waiting approximately 7 minutes to be seated. It’s kind of ridiculous that you have 1-2 waitresses, a bunch of “runners” and no hostess to greet, seat or thank you for your business. I’m very big on customer service and I felt that this restaurant is severely lacking in this area. Once seated, We literally ate “chips and salsa” for dinner because the food took so long to receive. We did order a bean dip, which was soupy and not impressive. Our drinks were filled appropriately, but we were not super impressed. I ordered Pollo a La Mexicana (one of my favorite dishes), and the chicken was tough and not tender at all. Overall the meal was disappointing and subpar. Also, I will mention that the restaurant does tack on an extra 3.5% surcharge is paying with a credit card.

Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Service was good and pretty fast. Lunch gets busy but servers still get around to checking that you’re good and they’re very friendly.

I ordered 2 chimichanga combo and chicken soup. Chicken in soup tasted over cooked. I got this burnt chimichanga. Manager made an excuse about how the beef doesn’t hold together well…it split open in this case and they tried to put it back together but failed. Why send this out to someone? Worst part is it was a pick up order and without an apology she told me she would give me my money back if I brought her back the food. So I told her I would gladly Bri her back her disgusting food which I did. Won’t be back. There are better options for Mexican food in town.

I have order from here before and have got good food. But this past time was completely different and honestly very off putting. It looks like they just tossed some unseasoned boiled chicken beans and rice in a togo box and tossed a tortilla on top with some cheese and sour cream. Definitely not ordering from them again.
