I’m a regular here and I absolutely love this Dunkin! I come in pretty often, and it’s honestly become part of my routine. The donuts are always fresh, the coffee is consistent, and everything tastes great every single time.
What really makes this place special is the staff. They are so warm and welcoming. Every time I walk in, they greet me like they already know me, ask how I’m doing, and treat me with so much kindness. It doesn’t feel like a typical customer experience — it feels like family.
One time they even gave me a small gift, which truly meant a lot to me. It’s little gestures like that that show how much they care. I’ll definitely keep coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know!

Food coffee and donuts great as usual. But there’s an older Caucasian lady there who makes the ordering experience so unpleasant. She rushes you through your order. Finishes your words and makes you feel like you’re wasting her time. Got an attitude because I didn’t know a certain special only lasts for 3 months. I don’t work there lady. I’m going to just start doing my orders through the app for pick up so I don’t have to deal with her. She does it with everyone. Needs to be addressed. Very poor customer service

The manger there is a BEAST. She keeps everyone in check and makes SURE our food comes out perfect. Yeah she can be a little on the rough edges but i really couldn’t care less about that as long as the restaurant is clean, the food is made fast, and the service is great. Which it is. I’ve been going there literally almost every day for the last 2-3 years. My job is right across the street. My home Dunkin!!! The best team ever.

They had 6 people working there and they are all sleep or lost! They worst service … Ordered a pumpkin signature and iced latte and got so thing with no whips or cinnamon sugar on top … when I said to the lady isn’t it a signature in missing the whip cream and sugar cinnamon- she was dumbfounded and said to “ well I won’t have either” so I asked why didn’t anyone tell me when ordering her response” well I didn’t know they didn’t tell you” no apology as If I was the issue at hand not the fact that no one told me that they didn’t have all the ingredients to make the drink. At these prices, I could be going to Starbucks right across the street. They told me that I would’ve canceled my order, but of course nobody knows anything there. nobody tells anything to anybody and it’s just a bunch of lost people. Don’t waste your time or energy there. Go to Starbucks you’ll get way Better service and way better quality coffee. The manager was there and did nothing about it. No apology just kept going on with her day. This place is going down and this is why they have 3.7 star review. Not even renovating this place can make it profitable-

I ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher but the color looked off right away. It was not mixed properly and had way more green tea than any fruit flavor. Honestly I should have known better. On top of that when I arrived the employee was holding my cup out the window before I even got there which felt rushed and impersonal. Because of this experience I will not be returning to this location. I hope they improve for others.

If I could rate this location a zero I will. This location has 0 customer service skills, management is no better. They have changed management and is still horrible. The staff doesn’t listen and doesn’t take orders properly. Corporate needs to come in and clean up this location ASAP.

I ordered an extra shot of espresso in my coffee and did not get it, it tasted like milk, the extra shots should go in before the milk so there’s room for it, they fill the cup with the milk leaving no room for extra. Also I ordered 3 glazed donuts and 3 chocolate frosted in which they had both but she gave 3 white frosted and 3 chocolate frosted.
I’m very disappointed, she did not understand English at all to get my order correct.

I work for a retailer nearby and every Black Friday for 4 years I have placed large orders for pick up at 5 am. I’ve never had an issue until this year. My order was started after I came to pick it up. Even though I placed and paid my order 3 days ago. The staff was extremely slow and wouldn’t stop talking long enough to get the order together. To the point where they didn’t remember my order or could find my order. I could’ve walked away with twice what I needed and they wouldn’t know the better. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This location has lost my business.
