We have lived in Princeton Junction for over 20 years, and Friday is always pizza night in our house. Over the years, we’ve ordered from many local pizza places.
We don’t usually order from Brother’s because my husband had a very bad experience in the past and decided not to continue ordering from them. I personally try to keep a positive outlook and thought maybe they were just very busy that day.
A few weeks ago, I ordered a large plain pizza online from Brother’s with $2 extra cheese because we had young kids sleeping over. Unfortunately, the pizza we received was very soggy and had extra sauce instead of extra cheese. I had to add cheese at home and put it back in the oven to finish cooking it.
I called the store, and a young lady answered. She put me on hold, came back, apologized, and offered either a replacement pizza if I came back or a free pizza for next time. Since I couldn’t leave with sleeping kids, I chose the free pizza.
Two weeks later, we had guests coming over, so I called to redeem the replacement pizza. I was put on hold, and then an older lady told me I just needed to come in and verify it in person. I went out to pick it up, but there was a very long line, and I had guests waiting at home, so I decided to leave and asked my husband to pick it up later after he got our college-age son from the train station.
When my husband arrived later, the same older lady told him there was no record of the credit pizza. He simply said thank you and walked out. I didn’t even find out until the next day because we had guests over.
I understand mistakes happen, especially in busy restaurants, but better communication and record-keeping would have made a big difference. I truly wanted to give Brother’s another chance, but this experience was disappointing. And it is very hard for me to say…… my husband was right this time. We will do Mannino’s for little kids pizza and every Friday Gennaro’s ❤️.

We got The Bianca and Margherita pizzas. It does take a while for our pizzas to come out, but it’s pipping hot and fresh! I love the crust here, not too thick or too thin. Could’ve used more some seasoning but it’s all perfect in my opinion, definitely come back!

Can not say enough about this place. Been here a bunch of times with family and friends, grabbed takeout for the guys at work and have had plenty of catering experiences. NEVER had a bad meal or service. All of the servers are great and are very attentive to your every wish. Pasquale is an all around great person who cares about the product coming out of that kitchen. He also does so much work for the community that he’s in constantly supporting non profits and local school clubs and sports teams. For meals I’ve had everything from the cheesesteak pizza to the chicken Cesar salad, cheesesteaks, chicken parm vodka..never a bad choice. Tonight had catering from them and the PORK LOIN!!! PHENOMENAL! If you’re looking to get something from somewhere for your holiday parties look no further than Brothers 33. You will not be disappointed in your choice.

My partner and I ordered our dinner from this restaurant tonight. We ordered a large margharita pizza, an order of Buffalo wings, a cheesesteak, an order of fried calamari, and 2 cups of pepsi. Our total came out to $78, a bit pricey for the quantity. Overall the food was great! Wings were a bit dry, but still yummy! Staff was very helpful and professional.

We dined in for lunch and tested out two classics, Cheese Pizza and Caesar Salad. They were both mediocre and nothing special or outstanding. The crust of the pizza was cooked very variably and had no flavor but the cheese had a pretty nice texture. A positive was that the service was pretty timely.

My god, I can’t stay away from this place! I normally grab what they have behind the glass. All the pizza is good, mini stromboli are amazing, I don’t have anything bad to say about this place, great people, great owner, the bathroom looks good, and that’s rare these days. Very clean, welcoming as soon as you come in. Don’t miss out if your visiting or just passing by.

My number one go to when I am back home and need a good slice or even a whole pie. Fun fact, when you ask for a large pie in Oregon, they have no idea what you are talking about!
Been going here since I was a little girl with all my aunts and uncles, and I will always bring my girls here for some nostalgia.
The best places are the ones that are original

This past summer we hosted two events with three brothers. Our guests raved about the quality of the food & service! We couldn’t have been happier. They were a pleasure to work with from the start. We will definitely be booking them again!

Brothers on 33 is my all time favorite pizza spot. I’ve been going here my entire life, the pizza is by far my favorite in the area. The sauce is always perfect as is the crust. And who doesn’t love the perfect little pepperoni’s? Every bite is perfect. Very friendly service. Being here always takes me back. I really enjoy the gnocchi as well. You can’t go wrong. Family owned. I don’t live in the area anymore but gladly traveled over 100 miles just for this pizza this past weekend and will do it again!!

I’ve tried multiple gluten free pizzas in the area (Celiac), and now I like Brother’s the most. It’s not too thin but not too spongy, and doesn’t taste like cardboard. Sauce and cheese ratio was perfect, onions were cut thin, and pepperoni was crispy. My only critique is it could be a little more done on the bottom! Surprisingly, we had a better experience with the GF pizza than a few years ago when we got a regular (it didn’t taste like we got a freshly made pie, which was disappointing). Will give that another shot next time for the gluten-tolerant crowd.
