I went here for lunch today for the VERY FIRST TIME and have to say, horrible service. One server on the floor, 4 employees sitting and eating and two walking in with coffees. Server was short with us was seemingly overwhelmed with a phone order which was being taken while we waited to be seated in a place with a total of 4 customers at that point. The food was not great, tortilla chips were too thick and some raw in the center. The beans were the only part of the meal that I truly enjoyed, I ordered the enchilada dinner meal and honestly the chicken tasted spoiled, taco bell has more flavor by a lot and wont usually make me sick immediately. I mean 50 bucks for poor service, poor food and a tummy ache is not worth it! Do not recommend.

Casa Mexicana has been a go-to for years. If you’re looking to walk into a restaurant and get great service and good food, no matter what time of the day or week— then this place is for you. The meal starts with a mix of chips (homemade flour and probably store bought corn) and salsa. Pro tip, the house salsa isn’t spicy enough for me, so I ask for the two spicier salsas to mix into it. They come in squeeze bottles and have great flavors— one is medium spicy and roasted tasting, the other is more tangy and even a little spicier.
For my meal today I ordered the green pork pozole and liked it! It is a generous portion and comes with heaping sides of onions, cilantro, and cabbage. I suspect they make it right when you order it, because the flavors didn’t seem “married” just yet. But, it was so amazing after heating it up later at home.
Plus, every meal comes with their delicious homemade flour tortillas… TOTAL YUM!!!
Over the years, I’ve had lots of things from Casa Mexicana… all of their dishes are pretty good. If you’re looking for super spicy— you’re going to have to ask for them to make it that way specifically.
The service is very attentive, the prices are fair, and the restaurant is always clean. One of the best things about this place is that they do a super awesome catering business. Whether you are feeding 4 people or 140 people, the food is fresh tasting, comes packaged up nicely and it is affordable.
Go give them a try again! Don’t forget to ask for the spicy salsa!!!

I ordered the Chile Colorado & my wife ordered the 2 enchiladas of shredded beef & both were delicious, the rice n beans were also on point !
The homemade tortillas were the topper for me they were big & delicious!!
The chips were warm the salsa could of been a little hotter…

I’m truly shocked by this 4.1 rating. I’ve tried eating here multiple times over the years since I live close. I always come to the conclusion that the food is poorly prepared, bland, and overpriced. I could’ve sworn it was good like 10 years ago, but I don’t know what happened. Sorry but I won’t waste my money here again

Food was great. Reminded me of home cooking. Amazing handmade tortillas. Morning server was fantastic. My party ordered take out because we brought our and went out of her way by providing a cup of water.

This bland and horrible. I got steak and shrimp fajitas and they have squash and carrots, also no seasoning! The rice was almost white with no seasoning as well. The only thing that was good were the beans and home made tortillas. I called my order in at 6 I didn’t get my food until 6:50. Oh the salsa was bland too.

I’m so glad they are back up and serving delicious food once agian. The breaded shrimp plate is to die for. Just some really good Mexican food and the waitresses was amazing. Thank you so much for the great meal. We will obviously be back for more.

I ordered the Chile Colorado, it was so good, I wanted the Chile Verde and asked the waitress which one is the best, so when she brought me my meal, she included a small bowl of the Chile Verde so I could taste it! That was awesome and my meal was very tasty, even the Chile Verde had a great taste. This restaurant is clean, the device is great!
