I visited here for the first time on a certain day in February 2026.
I ordered a “You Pick Two” and a cup of iced tea.
“You Pick Two” was a Rustic Baked Potato Soup and a Half Asian Sesame Chicken Salad.
I chose chips.
The staff was very kind.

We ordered ahead using the app to split a soup, a side, and a sandwich, and everything was ready right on time when we arrived. Service was friendly and welcoming — always a plus! We got the Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Mac & Cheese, and the Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich. Everything was made perfectly and tasted delicious. The Caprese sandwich was great — although I’m a big fan of anything Caprese, and anything with fresh mozzarella. Panera’s soups and mac & cheese always give me that cozy, curl-up-in-a-blanket-by-the-fire feeling. Total comfort food at its best!

I wanted to highlight my interaction with the front counter person I met today. She was friendly and helpful when we ordered, but also, when I had a problem with the sandwich I ordered, she was quick to make it right and in a very understanding way. Food was great, service was too!

Awful app, no way to add my husbands rewards card. Was unable to verify that my order was placed. Arrive at :fast pick-up drive-thru and waited for 5 minutes to get my order due to person who placed their order at the drive thru. Then when I asked if my husband’s rewards could be used at pick up due to problem with the app I was told that they don’t make the app and the rewards could not be given. Received what looked like a poorly portioned “hunk” of baguette, photo included. It will be a very long time before I place another order from the Lake Zurich, IL location.

This was my absolute worst experience with a Panera. I got a chicken noodle soup and the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese and this white substance was burried in the middle. It’s mushy and I have no idea what it is. The soup was absolutely terrible. Did not taste like it usually does. It was sour as if it had gone bad. Not coming back to this location or any Panera. This was disgusting.

This this the closest Panera to my house, I live in Wauconda, and no matter what time of the morning I stop by, well before 11am, they never have any of the soufflés. It’s the one breakfast item I adore and can’t get anywhere else and they never have them. The menu clearly states they are available until 11am but they always tell me “they’re out.” I never really know when I’m going to be heading out that way so “ordering a head” isn’t a great option. If the menu says it’s available until a certain time, then they should make enough to supply customers until 11am!

I had got a frontega chipotle sandwich I asked for extra sauce a little bit more sauce added to it they drenched it in sauce I’m literally eating people a sauce just made the bread soggy it ruined my lunch I figured they would just add a little bit more sauce but they went overboard on the sauce ridiculous
