I’m not sure if all employees were having a bad day, but today it really showed. A mobile order was placed upon arrival; my app said the store “Got It.” With five other vehicles in the drive-through, once I reached the speaker, I gave them the mobile order name. They had to look for the order, came back, asked for the name again, and said just a minute, they are looking for it. Once found, they let me know there were several other mobile orders in front of me, and they were working on it. Once I reached the window, they asked three more times for the name. The last time I gave them what the order was, the drive-through employee let Stephanie know that yes, it is the Caffe Misto. With agitation, she (Stephanie) made the drink wrong; it literally had water put into it, and a Misto is made with steamed milk – ABSOLUTELY NO WATER!!!!! Why does it always seem like when this Stephanie is on bar, my drinks are always wrong? And no this is not the first time it was incorrect, today was just the final straw. Time to spend my money on to another coffee company. And no I don’t care about writing on the cup and apparently she didn’t either, my cup was blank.

Disappointed. I have visited this starbucks every morning for the past 4 years living in Griffin, ordering the same exact coffee every single day, in the past year I have received more attitude, incorrect drink orders and push back on specific requests than at any Starbucks i’ve ever been too. Being asked to pay $3 for a splash of extra milk and passive aggressive notes on my coffees. This weekend I had family in town who visited this location who were met by one employee with airpods in and ignored, after having to raise their voice to get their attention for a cup of soy milk they were given attitude and passive aggressively given the cup of soy milk. This is incredibly disappointing from a company that pushes consistency, quality, and personal
connection in their company values.

I frequent this location whether its pick up or delivery. I also go to other ones and this location is always the best one. Everything i order is always consistent and doesnt matter what shift I order from so I know what taste I will get is always the same. Awesome job!

A Starbucks That Goes Above and Beyond!
I’m a regular at this location and it never disappoints. The store is always sparkling clean, which really stands out. The staff strikes the perfect balance—professional and efficient while still being genuinely friendly. Even during busy times, they maintain impressive speed without sacrificing quality.
What really sets this location apart is how they handle special requests. They’re always accommodating and actually get your order right, which isn’t always a given! The attention to detail makes a real difference.
And here’s a small touch that means the world to me: whenever I go through the drive-thru with my dog, they notice and offer a pup cup. Taking those few extra seconds to make my pup happy shows they genuinely care about their customers—all of them, even the four-legged ones!
This is what great customer service looks like. Highly recommend this location!

I got a grande Machiato today around 3:30 and it was the best one I’ve had from fast food coffee. It wasn’t overly sweet and the espresso tasted wonderful. I stopped going to Dunkin because the coffee usually taste burnt. I was highly satisfied today.

Drinks was good but I recently had a tooth removed so I can’t have things hot. I can have warm but not hot. Let them know at the speaker 3 times it had to be warm not hot. First sip? Scalding hot and honestly I’m blessed it seems none touched the side the tooth was extracted from because if it had I could be facing a dry socket right now.
When customers make specific requests on a $7 drink, please follow it. It’s not to be difficult or make extra work. It’s because sometimes those requests are because we have other conditions that require it. Could have turned my Christmas Eve into the worst day ever

This was the best service from a Starbucks I’ve ever received. I’ve been here once before and had a wonderful experience with Nick! He was so sweet and wonderful. I came tonight and received the best service from Nijah, she took the time and helped me pick out a drink when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She was very attentive and so sweet. This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the area!!

If you like watered down coffee this is your place. I even stressed when I ordered that I would like to taste my coffee. I asked for a white iced mocha ( duppose to have espresso) and I got no where near that. 30 dollars later Im drinking an expensive glass of water.

I came into the line at 8:59. I had just gotten off of the longest shift of my life and I was desperately needing a drink. I felt so bad for going through the line but I figured it couldn’t hurt. The girls inside were so sweet and very kind! It really surprised me that there were only two people to shut down the whole store! And two young girls! They need someone to walk them out! It’s so scary in north griffin! Bless them for making my night wonderful!
