I recently visited Little Wall, a small, family-run restaurant offering Chinese and Hong Kong-style cuisine, and I was absolutely charmed. The cozy and homely atmosphere made me feel like I was dining in someone’s welcoming kitchen rather than a restaurant. It’s clear that this is a labor of love for the owners, who not only manage the place but also serve the food.
The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and impressively fast. Each dish arrived piping hot, straight from the kitchen. Highlights of the meal included perfectly crisp scallion pancakes, flavorful egg rolls, and a comforting bowl of beef noodle soup, which was rich and satisfying.
Little Wall is an ideal spot for an intimate date or a quick, casual lunch. While the seating is limited, which might be tricky for larger groups, their takeout option is a fantastic alternative.
I would highly recommend Little Wall to anyone looking for delicious, authentic food and a warm dining experience. It’s truly a hidden gem worth discovering.

The Little Wall is what The old Great Wall needed to become, a restaurant based on quality cuisine and fast takeout rather than a dine-in experience. That’s a good thing because a world without Chao Fan Noodles and Steamed Scallion Chicken would be a dreary place.

A really lovely little spot now open in Florence, boasting hand-pulled noodles on Sundays and Mondays, as well as daily lunch and dinner specials. It’s a tiny space but very sweetly decorated. The food is high quality and flavorful, made with care. Don’t miss it!

Hand pulled noodles are great. Walnut chicken is a house favorite. Always pleasant to eat in or take away. Have only had positive interactions with people on the phone and in person. Unsure where some of the lower reviews are coming from- I go here all the time and am always happy.

Food was good. Didn’t get what we ordered for one of the plates (gave us chicken instead of shrimp)
Braised duck, ‘shrimp’ noodle bowl and a chicken stir fry and one bottle of soda was $54.xx
Seems a tad over the prices listed but was really good food.

At first, I used Little Wall for takeout because it was close to Cooley Dickinson Hospital! The chef’s skills are truly remarkable, especially when it comes to bringing out the authentic flavors of South Chinese cuisine. I was so impressed with the deliciousness that I decided to visit Little Wall again.
The Dragon Skin dish was exceptional; the flavors were incredibly vibrant and the texture was just perfect. It’s evident that a lot of care and expertise goes into crafting each dish. Additionally, the Kejia Style Stuffed Tofu was a revelation – healthy, flavorful, and simply delicious. Around 6-7 stuffed Tofu with sauce, it’s a good option to share with friends, especially if you’re like me and can’t eat too much.
Overall, if you’re looking for an authentic South Chinese culinary experience that’s both healthy and incredibly tasty, look no further than Little Wall Restaurant. Highly recommended!

We ordered noodles, rice, dumplings, and pork from them for a Christmas party. They are one of the best and most delicious Chinese takeouts I’ve had in the U.S. over the past 7 years. Super amazing!

Came to town just for the night and luckily Little Wall was open on Easter night. Delicious food and the nostalgia of the Chinese restaurants we grew up with on the west coast. We ordered the hand pulled noodles (only available certain days of the week) with beef, Chinese broccoli, and the walnut chicken. Everything was excellent: the tender beef with the noodles and the walnut chicken were standouts. Our kid has been a very fussy eater lately and he ate a whole plate and is currently eating the leftovers for breakfast which is huge. The two women who were working there were very sweet and great with our kid too. Anyways we are big fans and will be coming back in the summer for sure.

So glad to finally have a good (and non-pizza!) option in downtown Florence. The South China Pork with pickled mustard greens is by far the bet pork belly I’ve had in this part of the state and the prices are very reasonable for the large portion sizes. Soup broth is also quite good. Great that the menu is focused and more limited than other restaurants–that way you know everything is gonna be good. Can’t wait to go back.

When I was a kid, my family always went to Great Wall for dim sum— now that they are Little Wall, it’s just as fantastic. Clara is so friendly and caring, the food (especially the sticky rice and stuffed tofu) is incredible, and the new spot is adorable. Amazing experience, don’t miss this gem!
