Truly some of the best Italian food you get in Ontario. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Came for dinner with my girls and I ordered the vodka gnocchi as my main and for dessert we got the in house made tiramisu and lemon sorbet, everything was to die for! My first time eating in this authentic Italian restaurant, the food was good, restaurant looks very clean, the only problem is I had a hard time finding the entrance of restaurant while following Google maps (on the back side of the building). I called the restaurant and the staff was very kind to come out the building and look for me to show me the way in, the service was very good the nice gentleman serving me was telling me about different dish recommendations.

Night before NYE, and lots of things going on, but wanted to sneak in a fine meal. Didn’t have time to make reservations. This is THE place! Was seated promptly, service was exceptional, and the food? WOW! Top notch. Had a garden salad and the Lobster Ravioli and they were excellent. Found out that the owner Mark was serving us. What a great guy. 11 out of 10. We’ll be back (within that 25 years!)

Have dined in multiple times and the service is great and the food is great too- haven’t had something I haven’t enjoyed. Stars deducted for the extremely small portions. I ordered take out and paid nearly $20 for a portion of pasta that I finished in 3 bites. I cannot justify paying that for such a small amount of food. Shame because the food is great but it’s very overpriced for what you get.

EDIT- Response to owners reply: Do yourself a favour, open doordash app and place an anonymous order of a couple dishes including penne arrabiata and taste it as if you were dining at a restaurant for the first time. If you honestly feel it is a quality dish, you’re not being honest with yourself.
Growing up in an Italian family and eating Italian food, I’d love nothing more than to have a local place that serves quality Italian dishes.
We recently visited Marciano’s for the first time, had an early dinner so were the only diners in the place.
Service was pretty good, Richard and the young woman (didnt catch her name) definitely made an effort to see we were not waiting on anything. No issues with service at all.
Food however was a real disappointment.
Caprese Salad and Bruschetta are pretty basic dishes, not many ingredients so I’m not sure if it was preparation or ingredient quality but neither were overly tasty. Wish we had simply opted for some bread. Bruschetta bread was tasty but the HEAPS of tomatoes were not, less is sometimes more.
Went with the Penne Arrabbiata and added sausage. I was warned it was spicy.
Penne noodles were cooked well but the sauce tasted and looked like the Bruschetta mix. Tiny diced tomatoes with a bit of sauce, there was a bit of heat but sadly zero taste to it.
I left half uneaten….and I NEVER leave pasta on my plate.
Sausage was sliced extremely thin and tough and I am guessing overcooked or pre-cooked then heated up? Or maybe because it was so thin? Not sure but they need to sit down and taste some of their dishes.
My Wife’s pasta with garlic olive oil did look tasty and she enjoyed it, said it was good but nothing special.
Too bad, I love a good Italian meal but this was not it.
We did not complain or anything, left a normal tip but were randomly given a $10 off coupon that we can use within 3 months. Not sure if this is a normal thing or just a nice gesture or they overheard us discussing the meal.
Overall it felt like Ownership/Management either doesnt see the issues or isn’t looking.
Everything seemed “OK” but not good and far from great.
From the food quality to things like washroom locks not working, drywall plugs in the wall just painted over, dollar store salad forks. Felt like they are half-assing it. As a first-time customer all of these small things stand out.
Lastly, I guess the setup of the restaurant makes it awkward for Staff (and the bathroom door between two tables seems a poor choice) but I couldnt understand why the guys in the kitchen kept walking through the dining area every few minutes.

We dined in at Marciano’s this evening and everything was awesome. Our server was helpful, pleasant and efficient, she served our drinks, appetizers and meals in a timely manner and the food was hot and delicious. We ate great salads and a large plate full of excellent bruschetta on garlic bread. The traditional pizza was perfect and the Seafood Linguine with the cream sauce we chose was fantastic. Our party of 4 all ate well and all took home food to enjoy tomorrow.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of cozy and elegant. I had their signature pasta, and it was outstanding — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was warm and attentive, and the homemade tiramisu was the perfect ending. I came here with a couple of friends and we were absolutely blown away! I ordered the seafood pasta with their house-made Rosé sauce — it was rich, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The pizza was equally impressive — delicious, hearty, and truly satisfying. We also had a fresh salad with a unique house-made dressing that tied everything together beautifully.
Our server (a tall, enthusiastic gentleman whose name we didn’t catch) was outstanding. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our meal.

We LOVE Marciano’s and would often order takeout during Covid. We recently ordered our favorite dishes for our anniversary for takeout and we were disappointed by the portion sizes. The food was still AMAZING, but we were left wanting a lot more. Our two meals came with pasta and it looked like one serving. (Pecan Chicken). I feel like they also used to give bread included in meals, but now is an extra cost.
