We initially made a reservation for the Chandler Steakhouse months in advance and called a couple of weeks before our reservation to confirm that they would be open on Christmas Eve for a party of ten. A few days before the date, I received a call from the Regional Manager stating that he was very sorry to inform me that the restaurant was indeed closed on that day and acknowledged that I had made the reservation months in advance and had called to confirm and that it was apparent that no one had informed me. He stated that he could make a reservation for Costa which is their neighboring restaurant. I of course agreed, as I had little time to search for another establishment since it was just a few days before my reservation and we had several people traveling from out of town.
We enjoyed our time at Costa, as we all agreed that our family time is what was important. The food was tasty overall. The portions were of average size. Our waiter was amazing and added to our festive experience. We were the largest party in the restaurant on Christmas Eve and the staff were friendly and engaging. We recommend this establishment to others.

We stopped at the casino to just check it out. We decided to stop here to get a drink and have some dessert. We had already eaten so we just wanted dessert. The restaurant was not too packed, we chose to sit at the bar. The bartender was very helpful and nice. I had a beer and we ordered an olive oil cake which was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed it. The cake was not sweet, it was perfect.

Oh my, get ready to wait! And wait some more. There were four line cooks, and three tables in the entire restaurant. It took 30 minutes for spaghetti and meatballs. And 40 for the pizza. Wow. Brazenly slow. The pizza was ok. Serviceable. The spaghetti, which they claim is house made, was poor. The sauce in particular was flavorless. And the pasta, if it is indeed house made, must be done with poor ingredients. Also, it the little ways of saying you’re not thinking about your customer: no spoon for spinning pasta, waitstaff won’t put your leftovers in a box, etc. Let me say again, four cooks and three tables! Wow. Server was nice.

The hostess (don’t remember her name) was kind, professional and offered me several tables to give me choice. Brandon was my server tonight. My food was “slightly” late , which he came over and apologize for, I didn’t even realize or think I had waited long. I know he had several tables, that were larger than mine, because I was by myself. However, he was very attentive to me and made sure I had everything I wanted! I had have the shrimp scampi, and thought it was excellent. The pasta tasted homemade and fresh, cooked al dente… It was perfect. But a server’s kind attitude makes a huge difference.

I was invited to a supper club and the experience was not that great. The waitress was inexperienced and when I asked her for salt and pepper she brought me Parmesan cheese. I was told they were preparing me Pasta Primavera and only got Pasta Alfredo…no Vegetables. I told her I would be taking my dessert home and she said she will bring a take out container but instead walked away with my uneaten dessert and returned with someone else’s half eaten dessert, which I only discovered when I got home. No one came around to freshen up the water glasses. I left her a generous tip as well and when I tried to call the restaurant was told by operator that Costa doesn’t receive phone calls. MGM needs to do better in the dining department. The food offerings are few and I’ve only had bad experiences. I guess MGM is only concerned with their revenue from gaming. I wouldn’t even give them one star. Sorry.

Our server forgot to bring my husband ginger ale and served my wine ($16).The Fra Diablo was supard with no taste in the sauce. Heat does not make a good sauce. The margarita pizza was awful
The sauce I could appreciate but the mozzarella was tough! Bad buy on the mozz it had no fat. It was served cold and then reheated and still tough. The dough was not like a oven fire pizza. They did refund me the price of the pizza.
The manager did not come to our table.
Our waitress did the best she could do. I appreciate the efforts she tried to make our dining experience fine. However the kitchen failed.
I’m really surprised the manager did come to hear our complaint.
At this time i would not suggest going to this restaurant.

Lovely!! Nice ambience, but the best part was the service. Everyone was lovely, and the food was great! My son had a classic margarita pizza. I had a beautiful chopped salad with shrimp and chicken parm was great. Our entire family finished their plates, and we were very pleased!
