Very unsatisfactory experience. I called right after I received my delivery because the wings I ordered looked like a mistake. I ordered lemon pepper wings and got something with red, wet sauce (appeared to be Buffalo); lots of wet sauce drenched the wings. No one I know ever expects lemon pepper wings to be drenched in red wet sauce, but they swear that is their recipe and will argue with you about it. The young man I spoke with was going to send me plain wings to replace them and never did. When I called, the ‘manager’ states that because it was an online order, they cannot replace them (?). But she called the RM and was able to, with an admonishment that they will never do that again. Nice: threaten ME so something you advertise falsely. We are done here.

I’m spoiled. I’ve always had a Papa John’s near me. So, I was always able to go and pick up from their delivery location or have it delivered. Additionally, I’ve always had great deals available from the nearest location regardless of where I was.

I like having a Papa John’s available in Blanchard and this one is very nice. The food was prepared right and tasted great. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars for the atmosphere is it’s inside another store but, that won’t keep me from coming here again.

I was needing to place a large order for an event so I was calling our local pizza places to ask about pricing. I called thinking I was going to speak to someone inside my local store. I was then connected to a call center and spoke to a person that I could barely understand. When I stated I wanted to call around the person became extremely rude telling me that he was giving me the best price possible and what else did I want from him. I then asked if I could speak to someone in my local store and he got even more irate and stated that they couldn’t give any better price than he could. Papa John’s should really consider how they handle call ins. I took my business elsewhere.

The pizza was hot and cooked just as we customized online. Both were thin crust and well done. The delivery driver(white Mustang) was courteous and now I wished we had tipped more:) Next time my friend!

Being from Lawton, we were excited when Papa John’s came to Blanchard. It is familiar food from home that we don’t have to drive 30 minutes for. First time we ordered, we had it delivered. I was worried there would be an issue as we live in a gated community, however, the deliver came in about 30 minutes. The pizza was hot, tasted wonderful and the driver was incredibly friendly despite him being soaked from head to toe due to the heavy downpour of rain that night. The second time we ordered, I was passing by so I stopped in for pick up. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and even gave me on pizza for free due to the fact that I ordered a thin crust and got a hand tossed. This Papa John’s is my go to place for pizza!

Placed an order for delivery 3 hours ago. Still no delivery and they said they wrote my number down wrong. I called 3 different times for updates. Each time it was on its way. Have friends over with kids asking about pizza. They said I can come pick it up. Said they text their manager and only could offer us picking it up. No other offer for another time. I want to start this review with stating that I’m not one to complain and I usually just put up with what I’m served, but I’ve had it with this place. It’s the only fast-food I like in town and I get it 2-3 a month for the last year, sometimes more. They CONSTANTLY FORGET THE DRINKS. I don’t keep drinks in my house other than water cause I’m boring so when I get pizza delivered I order a 2 liter with it. I’d say out of my last 10 orders they’ve left off 6 of them and it’s really irritating because it takes them 2 hours to bring you them afterwards!! It’s ridiculous. I’d like to say I wont order from here anymore but location keeps things limited. Papa John wouldn’t of let this happen. The whole restaurant went down hill when he left.

Yiiiikes. Call to place an order, seemingly routed to India, or China? Not really sure, but they could not pronounce our own town name, could not understand the basics of our order, may as well have been a badly programmed AI. So we hung up and went back to our usual Blanchard Dominos. If this is Papa John’s new business model, I hope they lose all their business.

We ordered a pizza online and waited about 15 minutes before I left the house to go pick it up. It was about 20-25 minutes before I got to the store to get the pizza. When I got there I went through the drive thru and the guy at the window asked me for the name so I told him and said that there was not a order for that name. I gave him the name again and he said he found the order, he then told me that it would be ready in 5 minutes so I circled back around the line. When I got up there it was a different window person. She asked me for the name so I told her and she said there was no order for that name. So we went back and forth a couple times trying to get the name right. We couldn’t find anything out so I ended up going inside and sorting it out. We found the name finally then she told me it would be 15-20 minutes after I was told 15 minutes before hand it would be ready in 5. So I waited 20 minutes in my truck and went inside to get the pizza and she told me it would be another 5-10 minutes because they were just now starting to cook it. So after I received my pizza an hour after I have arrived she tried to fix it with “extra garlic”. It took me an hour to get one cheese pizza. Needless to say I will not be going back to any papa johns.
