Ordered a double beef and cheddar combo in drive thru. It took 10 minutes or more. 2 vehicles ahead of me. Finally got order. Was driving opened sandwich. It wasn’t a double. Was a single. Looked like someone closed their eyes and put it together. Went back to Arby’s. Wife took everything inside. Told the cashier what happened. Cashier said the wrapper said it was a double. Finally manager said fix a double. Everything took at least 45 minutes for freaking fast food. Oh when I opened second sandwich it also was just thrown together. I will never eat at that place again. All fast food places are like that now. People are lazy and not doing a good job. It’s just ridiculous

Food is Arby’s food what can you say. It was cooked and order was correct. But the little old lady behind the counter taking orders was great ! Friendly, happy to be there, made sure the order was correct even said hello when I walked in.

The fries had a grotesque amount of salt. It was so bad they were completely inedible.
When I called and politely told the women who answered about the issue she was very rude.

Ddog’s Wasteland
The store manager is usually on her phone. Whenever she’s up front that is. Along with that, Rob, another manager, is quite rude to his employees. I’ve heard him yelling at them before. Overall, the employees themselves are fine. The managers seem to let the power and authority go to their heads however. The food was delicious though.
