Pizza Ranch truly exceeded my expectations with the incredible variety on their menu! ✨ I was pleasantly surprised by how much they offer. Of course, the pizza is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of options to choose from. But what really stood out to me was the fried chicken . It was juicy on the inside with a perfectly crispy, golden coating on the outside—so good!
The mashed potatoes were smooth and tender , and the French fries came out hot, fresh, and wonderfully crispy . Every side dish felt thoughtfully prepared. And I can’t forget the dessert pizza —it’s definitely a favorite and the perfect sweet ending to the meal! The salads are also consistently fresh and well-stocked .
This is a fantastic place where everyone can find something they love, whether you’re craving comfort food or something sweet. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Classic pizza buffet, it’s been 12 years since I’ve been to Pizza Ranch hut it’s just like I remember. Good pizza, any kind you want to order they’ll make. Fried chicken is fantastic as well. Topped it off with desert pizza and a stroll around their arcade. Service was great, the parmesan shakers were gone but a staff member went and got me a fresh one!

I Was having a debate with my brother about what the record is for the key game piano tiles in the arcade, I thought what better way to settle this debate then call pizza ranch themselves to ask what the current record is, I called expecting to be laughed at, or told no. Instead I was greeted by a kind worker who was willing to check what the current record is on the machine. He quickly went and checked the machine and told me the record. In the end I lost argument, but the customer service on the phone was so amazing I made sure to go write this review.

Place was great,the line moves fast ,lots of seating and parking ,arcade is cool for the kids,bathrooms were clean(needed to be a bit bigger), place has a lot of rooms so ask and mabey you could rent one for meetings n stuff ,.food was great ,the chicken was good .look up at the salad bar and you may find some dressing.the chicken and desert was great and most importantly the huge assortment of buffet pizza was superb and its a pizza buffet.

Was asked if we wanted to order a pizza for our table, they brought the pizza to our table with plates, LEAVE it at our table, and when we asked for a to go box of said pizza, staff said we would have to pay 16.99 to take the pizza LEFT AT OUR TABLE to go. When asked they told us it was a “buffet your way” and the staff was supposed to just give us slices? no one informed us of this and they wouldn’t let us take the pizza THEY LEFT AT OUR TABLE. They can’t put it on the buffet since we touched the pizza, meaning they’re just gonna throw it. Unprofessional and undertrained staff.

Great food and service. We went early before 5 and it was busy! Already? It was wing night…just a little noisy but the food was great and fresh. Love the chicken and cactus bread. It was our anniversary today. Husband asked you want to go to dinner. Sure Pizza Ranch.

I recently visited this Pizza Ranch with my daughter and two grandchildren while we were in town from Fargo. As soon as we walked in, I commented to my daughter that, unlike other locations, it didn’t look like someone had smeared a chicken leg all over the windows!
Once inside, we found our table and visited the buffet—and I was absolutely blown away by how clean everything was. We have dined at other Pizza Ranches, and have never experienced anything anywhere near as spotless as the Bismarck location.
I even took a moment to speak with the manager to let him know how impressed we were. Thank you, Bismarck Pizza Ranch, for such a pleasant and refreshing dining experience. Keep up the great work—it’s truly appreciated!

Good place to eat, but overcrowded on weekends. The food is great, but last time we tried to eat there, we couldn’t even get in. It’s best to go on a weekday.
